The food is FRESH 100%. They don't mass produce and reheat. It is also very delicious and Mama Rashida is so kind, so warm, so patient. I love her so much! If you're a first timer, please try the Atcheke and Fish with cucumbers and pepper stew - an instant favorite!

I have been hanging to try African Cuisine for ages now and oh my goodness Mama Rashidas didn't disappoint. The food was full of flavour. We ordered the goat curry and lamb curry, both meats just melted in your mouth. We also had fufu and rice. The rice was delicious on its own. This was my first time having fufu and loved it. My 9 year old daughter also loved it and thoroughly enjoyed it. The customer service was amazing so welcoming and kind. Will be recommending everyone to go there. I'm not local but I will make the trip when I'm in the area. Portions are big and worth the money

Have been meaning to have some african cuisine and here we have tried mama rashidas! really good taste and my fave is the lamb curry! Next try the fish!!!Head there if your looking to try something different

First time I tried authentic African food, and I like the fried fish, cassava leaf and lamb curry. Taste so yummy!! 😋 I would definitely come back and order again. Fyi, they open at dinner time around 5 pm.

Great African food and friendly service. There was a bit of a wait but it's worth it, the food was fresh, unique and delicious with big servings, also the seating area was pleasantly clean and cool. My favourite dishes were the fried plantains on their own and the okra chicken stew which came with semolina fufu (like doughy rice). I'll definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

First time trying fufu and it was amazing! The customer service was amazing. The owner was amazing. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing! Everything was 10/10. As I was enjoying my meal, I had heard compliment after compliment to the owner after each customer had finished their meal. Really shows what type business they are running. Will definitely be coming here again with friends and family! ❤️
