Block cheese for children is a chocking hazard my child and many others have choked on these before. It’s 35 degrees at the moment and the air con is not on . The kids are all sweaty
And so am I and I’m not even doing anything. They under priced me for food and then tried to ask money from their stuff up. I’m a regular and even the equipment isn’t secure my child got behind the area they ain’t meant to be in multiple times . SEA STARS WE SHALL GO. please just charge more to get in to the place if that means it’s going to be air conditioned

My son had his first ever birthday party here. He is neurodivergent with medical issues and allergies. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate his needs as well as very kind and understanding and this is what made his party so successful.
He had an amazing time on the go karts, train and play area and value for money in the party packages are amazing!.

Disorganised, disappointing, and poor customer service.

We visited for the first time and had a very frustrating experience. I spent $4 on the Zombies Land Battle game so both of my kids could play, but one side didn’t work—leaving one child upset and left out. I reported it to a staff member, but she said it wasn’t their machine and they couldn’t do anything. I reminded her it’s inside their facility, but she insisted all she could do was inform the manager.

When the manager came, she initially supported the staff’s response, but after hearing the full story, she agreed with me

On top of that, the tables were untidy, some chairs were blocking walkways, and they charged $4 for train rides even though their brochure clearly says $3.

This kind of poor management and lack of accountability made our visit very disappointing. We won’t be returning.

I've been here a couple of times now.
My twin 2 year olds and 10 year old love going here.
They have really friendly staff, good food, great coffee and plenty of space for you to seat and relax while the kids are off playing in the 3 story play gym.
Even big enough for the big kids of us to go around with the little ones 😊.

Second time we've been here that they've closed the kitchen early with no notice, 3 hours before closing time. This time they brought out a plate of sandwiches and fruit for another patron after telling me there was no food on offer other than cupcakes and junk! Paid nearly $40 entry

The children loved this huge playspace. So many different types of play encouraged, areas for toddlers and the more adventurous. Bright colours, laughing children, some breathless from activity.
Families can be seated at tables and enjoy food, drink and treats from the cafe. There are party rooms, a train and an upstairs game room.
A few Disability Parks and restroom, entrance wheelchair accessible.

Met up with son & 2 grandkids. They had a ball. Lovely big place. Rooms for parties. Very clean. Friendly staff.
