This has to be the smallest saddest role I've ever bought . Nothing like the photo . Soul origin in the Easter states very different. This is just sad . The food at the hospital cafe was bigger for the same price .. I've never seen such a tiny roll

Paid $10 for a chicken avacado wrap today only to have it full of lettuce and no avacado , one tiny strip of chicken..
The wrap was stale and broke into bits , so I couldn’t eat it and it went in the bin

Ordered takeaway. The wrap had two pieces of chicken the size of a 50c piece on it and ONE sundried tomato. There was NO avocado on it and it was ALL lettuce mix. I tried calling but the phone number is non existent so I sent an email and NO reply. I WILL NOT RETURN

Just bought a large cappuccino here for $6.00 could barely drink it let alone hold it as it was boiling hot. I'm driving home and go to take a sip when the entire bottom of the cup breaks and the boiling coffee spills over me directly on my skin as I was wearing shorts. Extremely disappointed and in a lot of pain from this. Will never buy a coffee here again.

Don't ever order food from here. Their rolls have two tiny pieces of chicken in them, mainly just lettuce mix. This is the worst soul origin franchise to exist.

Had it for the first time yesterday & wow it was absolutely delicious.
They have a great selection of salads which are so fresh ,tasty & made with good quality ingredients.
The serving size was also good....certainly value for money.
I took so long to decide what i wanted lol as all the salads looked so good but the girls working were so patient & very friendly.
If you love your salad like i do i certainly recommend this place.
I will definitely be going back ☺

Flys flying and walking all over the food in the display cabinet area were they put the food into because they don't have a slide backing or a rear door so the Flys can just walk all over the food and the customer would not have a clue the Flys have jut walked on there food if that's not a health problem i don't know what is
