Ordered a big mac meal, thankfully they got the order right so they get the extra star... however the big Mac had a single patty on the top with nothing else. No sauce, no cheese, no lettuce... nothing. Given the burger was missing half the ingredients, I certainly shouldn't have been paying full price for the burger.

Took half an hour for a happy meal and wings to come out. Some girl I think her name was Abby, she was on taking drive through stuff out to parked cars around 7pm today was screaming about a roach which shouldn’t do in a busy maccas. Not only that they forgot my 2 choc custard pies. Honestly not happy

This is the worst MacDonalds I’ve been to. I had came to order an iced coffee with my children and this blonde staff had came to me and threw my straw and receipt at me saying “there’s ur order!” And then proceeded to get my coffee and slam it at the table saying “there you go!” For absolutely no reason my children had witnessed it and had even said to me “why did the lady throw it at you” this is the last time I’m coming to this MacDonalds I had asked to talk to a manager and she said that she was the manager ( wich was a complete lie) and then said she did nothing wrong . Worst MacDonalds ever!

This Macca's is the pits. Shouldn't have to wait 25 minutes for a breakfast McMuffin meal. They just don't care and their lack lustre attitude matches the so called food they make

i came in hoping for a simple big mac... i was absolutely OUTRAGED after a generous wait time of 40 mins i finally receive my big mac and oh my the wait time was the LEAST of m worries that day 1. the big mac was full SPLURGING with mayo and the bun was basically just 1 big sesame seed 2. the guy working up front yelled at me after i demanded a refund 3. i went outside and smashed up his car and he thinks he has the authority to come out with a knife, so i put him in his place alright

This was the "large" chips I ordered for take out. No, they haven't all fallen out into the bag and half of them were undercooked. Submitted feedback via the app and website and didn't have a response for over a week so posting about it here. Check your orders before you leave the storefront.
