⭐ 1 Star – Completely Disgusting and Unsafe – Avoid at All Costs

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I booked this place hoping for a quiet night of rest while in remission and dealing with disability — instead, I walked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned at all. There were dirty blankets, used dishes, hair all over the bathroom, filthy walls, and the TV didn’t even work.

To make matters worse, there was screaming and fighting in the hallway all night long. I felt genuinely unsafe, and reception was completely uncontactable. I was trapped in a disgusting, unusable room, and couldn’t even leave due to the ongoing noise and aggression outside.

This place looks like a drug house, not a hotel. It’s disgusting, unhygienic, and unfit for anyone, let alone someone trying to recover from illness. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
Avoid this place. I’m demanding a full refund.

The one service lady was rude. I tried my best to be nice, but they didn’t really listen to me at all or let me finish my sentence or anything at all. The younger girl was really nice and helpful though. When I said thank you to the older lady she just looked at me like some kid. The room smells really bad and the walls aren’t it but the beds are ok. The location is pretty chill though. Can only recommend if ya mostly to visit to be outside of the room, for a short stay. If you have some money go elsewhere. Ok for not having much though.

Edit: Though I must add the "rude" lady was very nice later on so I guess she could have had a bad day. I really liked how nice she was. I just had a bad first bad impression so I am apologising for that.

This is hard but needs to be said.
The reception only opens from 10 am to 1400 and from 1700 to 1900
However, during my stay the person was never when the times displayed.
My room was not clean properly and there were dishes and an used towel left in the room.
The reception did not give me the correct internet to use so the first night I have nothing, not even my Australia service did not work in the room.
The laundry was full of other people cloth and nothing was done to address it.
The reception told me that the dryer did not work properly and she told me to hang it outside, where it was not shown.

The only thing I really liked was the shower ..it was hot and a great pressure.
Unfortunately I do not recommend in case you get to Adelaide.

There was a bit of damage around the place(smashed windows and stuff like that) and some guests were very loud all night long, but the private room i booked was pleasant and had ample space and quiet comfortable bedding for the price. The dumpling store next door has very nice food too which was a bonus.

The only good thing about this place is the location - the room was filthy was too disgusting to even have a shower!! The whole place is falling apart and covered in filth! I know it’s cheap but surely they can still clean!

Request female room only but gave mixed room with male, request for downstairs but gave upstairs which I told them that I have suitcase to carry on. they just want money.
