Our Aircon and ventilation system was not working, it was freezing cold, and there were horrible footprint like stains all over the bedsheets in the master bedroom. There was also white flint all over the sofa in the living room like it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks. The room was freezing cold at 16 degrees and thermostat could not be fixed. The staff was responsive and even offered us another apartment to move to but guess what - the same problem with the system there!!! We were then offered complimentary breakfast and late check out which was a very nice gesture but would I stay here again - definitely not in the freezing cold!! For this price point it was a very disappointing experience overall

These apartments were a very pleasant surprise. The whole stay experience was impressive. We were impressed from the moment we arrived (early and just wanted to stow our bags) and were told that our room was ready for us, to the efficient check-out process. The facilities of this complex are amazing - a golf simulator, a well-equipped gym, a pool, a theatre room, well-stocked supermarket next door - I want to live here. The apartments are slightly west of the main shops in Adelaide, but given that Adelaide CBD is only one mile square, nothing is beyond a pleasant walk away (15 minutes to Rundle Mall, 5-10 minutes to Adelaide markets, 10-15 minutes to Victoria Square). The check-in experience was enhanced by the lovely woman who checked us in and, on noticing that it was my birthday, offered us a complimentary bottle of wine

My booking was made via Anantara Vacation Club. The property was more of a serviced apartment style than a hotel/resort as with Thailand's Avani's. Housekeeping was an extra paid option.||The one-bedroom apartment was spacious with all the published amenities, including fully-fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer. Some of the kitchenware were not well cleaned. Not much of a view facing the main street.||The swimming lap pool was quite small. The steaming room was out of order and the sauna was not very hot.||Good location within the CBD, from/to the airport and shops & restaurants. The IGA supermarket next to the property was very convenient and open until late (which is good given most shops & supermarkets closed early).||The staff were helpful and friendly.

Our stay ultimately improved after moving to a two-bedroom apartment that was quiet, perfectly sized for a small family, and fully equipped with essentials like a stove, oven, kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, and a separate study area. We also appreciated the Edesia cafe on the ground floor for its reasonably priced food, though the coffee wasn't great.||However, our initial experience was significantly let down by two excruciating nights of loud noise (voices, music, and banging) from the apartment above our first apartment. While staff were efficient in relocating us, both apartments we stayed in required careful attention to cleanliness, with noticeable makeup stains on the quilt and other stains on curtains and carpets. There was also an awful stench in the one bedroom ensuite.||A major frustration was the exorbitant $30 per day parking fee. This was compounded by highly inconvenient off-street parking, which was limited to 1-3 hours and often ticketed, forcing us into the stressful situation of constantly moving our car. We will definitely not be returning.

Service is really good and so is house keeping. Although the glasses weren’t clean. The rooms are a bit run down - scuffs on the walls etc but overall clean enough and a good location with an IGA and cafe downstairs and reasonable price. Shame the pool and steam room is out of order though.

The apartments are spread among residents - the apartment I had looked straight into other apartments which was a bit off putting! Overall very clean and huge - great amenities. About a 10 - 15 minute walk into the centre of town. Very clean. IGA next door and a pub around the corner. I'd stay here again!

If I could have stayed longer I would. Gorgeous hotel room. I stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment. Everything you need in the kitchen including coffee pod machine. I was on level 17 and it was so quiet. Level 7 has the lap pool and sauna which was wonderful. Sunset views. Good location,

Really enjoy staying here regularly. Staff are so friendly and professional. It is handy having the cafe on the ground floor and also the IGA in the building. Rooms are perfect for a several day stay.
