A great set out shopping precinct. Lovely little cafes eateries. Calm environment to meander around with friends just to catch up or do your shopping. Parking is fantastic.

Too many smokers outside the entry , it is very hard to breathe with the cigarette smoke .
Nobody respects the rules about where to smoke .
It is sad for kids they have no choice to breathe the disgusting smoke from smoker .
Would be nice they got a special spot far from the entry .

I would like to throw a Complaint about the unruly Behaviour of a Very rude Gentleman ? My elderly husband is an invalid person and Relies heavily on his walking stick sometimes his walker we had to go to Vodafone to get myself a new phone as we trying to get a park by the entrance door we needed a disability park but there was none what so ever so poor hubby had to pull in the mother's and babies parking bay and hubby put his disability pass up on his Rear vision mirror as its a lot easier for hubby to vacate and walk straight into the entrance door 🚪 as he has mobility issues as there was no wheelchair accessible to put our car there as they were taken up and the rude gentleman had a nasty argument with my husband about we wanted to talk to the security officer about it as it really upset my husband and me its not good when you have mobility issues we won't parking at castle plaza again next time its a bus or a taxi

Who ever approved of the new kids ‘playground’ (as they call it on the signage) needs to go. It’s the worst ‘updated’ play area I’ve seen. What they had there before was way better. A basic tunnel and touch screen? A slide would had been a better option. Extremely underwhelming.

Still shocked they changed the playground to something so basic. What was there before was more practical for children.

Car park is a nightmare with trolleys. There needs to be walk through access to trolley bays or have trolley bays in every row. Having to walk all the way around and into the traffic to get to a trolley bay is frustrating (especially with children). I won’t ever leave my trolley in the garden or a car spot as that’s rude to the people that have to collect. Please fix this.

I attended Revive Massage in Castle Plaza and after complaining that they kept swapping masseur the owner finished my massage. But took advantage and took his frustration out on me. A week later I'm still bruised. He got another staff member to take payment who asked if I was ok. Been going for years, but this behaviour is unforgivable.
