Coffee is amazing - had a well prepared Colombian batch brew.
The brownies melt in ya mouth
And the toasties were brilliant.

I also watched the owner have the most engaging and caring conversation with a local who just wanted connection. Took the time to talk, didn’t rush and gave everyone the time of day.

Thanks for the way you prepare great coffee but also for genuinely caring for people.

If you value quality coffee & cakes then this is it. Feels like a little hidden gem, would 100% recommend. There is so much average coffee in Australia. So whenever I find a place that makes actual great tasting coffee and cakes I like to leave a review 👌🏼Cheers from the Quad footpath survey boys 😎

Stopped to get a coffee and a toasty. Got the coffee straight away and had to wait for the work experience kud to put dishes away, clean up, and THEN make my toasty. Not hard, slap some Vegemite and cheese on it. Wasn't even wrapped, just chucked in a paper bag. By the time I left, coffee was luke warm. Disappointing more than anything.

Lovely local cafe. I took a wrong turn the other day driving into the city & drove past this lovely little cafe that looked so inviting I thought I must come back to check it out which I did this morning. They don't have an extensive food menu but a table displayed trays of absolutely beautiful looking croissants, pain au chocolat & danishes. I asked if I could have a H&C croissant which they don't make but was offered a ham & cheese toastie with the recommended addition of honey. Toastie and a quality latte where delivered promptly and the toastie was what I would consider the Rolls Royce of H&C toasties with thick bread slices perfectly toasted, beautiful soft cheese, quality ham and I have to say the addition of the honey really enhanced the flavours.
