The lady working here on Sunday was really sweet and the salted caramel and cookies and cream were perfect. The waffle cone was just the right crunch too. Loved it!

Always my favourite ice cream store. The staff were pleasant and very accomodating. Disability access and outdoor seating area and free parking makes it easy access to this tucked away store. Amenities close by.

Best experience I've been here a few times and fantastic service but tonight I wasn't feeling the best so uber'd icecream and asked for a note they left me one on the bag saying I'm beautiful and a note is inside I saw the note and nearly cried it was definitely what I needed. Thank you to the amazing staff and thank you Chiara.

I love cold rock! They offer a variety of different flavors and products and I love that you can even customize your order as well. They’re ice creams are so creamy and delicious! I feel like they are very reasonably priced as well. I also love the free discounts that are offered at cold rock!!

I came into the store yesterday afternoon and the young lady who served me was outstanding! She was extremely friendly and very helpful! This was my first time having cold rock and I wasn’t sure on what to grab! I got the Ferraro ice cream and was so confused on what to mix in it, the girl then directed me to your for-a-rare-share combo And stated it was her go to combo, I tried it and I fell in love! Thank you guys for an amazing experience I will be bringing my family down here for sure! (Please thank the young lady who was working yesterday afternoon for me)
