Dutton Place Apartments has a good location. Locate on the main road 'Annerley Road' You can reach to main suburbs such as City Center &
Southbank under 5 mins. Dutton Place is nice and quite place to live. Nicelace to live. It has swimming pool in the complex. You will have underground parking available if you live in the complex. Lots of visitor parking available for your visitors.

Not recommended!
I lived there for a year and I can say I didn't like it!
First of all and more importantly it's not safe as your stuff most likely will be stolen from the secured garage area!
My bike was stolen from the "secured"parking.
Their walls are like a paper, you could hear everything inside and outside your apartment.
The managing agent "Stockwell"is not the best and not very helpful. I had a difficult time dealing with them. I wouldn't recommend living there.

Everyone that I drop off here seems to really like it.
As a driver, the carparks, especially the disabled spots are a bit awkward.

Located over the road from a major 24 hr police station provides great peace of mind.
Access to Boggo Rd busway and Park Road Rail along with the historic Red Brick (Bourkes) Hotel is a short walk.

Access to Mater and Childrens Hospital is a very short drive ($6-8 taxi fare depending on time of day) or longish walk.
