We’ve been staying at this apartment for the past two years with a large group, and it has never disappointed us. Everything about our experience has been excellent, which is why we’ll definitely be coming back again next year.
1.The staff are super helpful and always ready to assist.
2.Everyone is super friendly, especially Inna. She’s incredibly patient, a great listener, and always explains things clearly—with a big smile every time.
3.Any requests we had were handled very quickly and efficiently.
4.The location is perfect—within easy walking distance to supermarkets, Southbank beach, restaurants, and public transport.
5.The apartment has a spacious balcony, which is great for relaxing or spending time together as a group.
Highly recommend this place.Looking forward to returning next year!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 2 nights as a family of 4. Fabulous location being a 10min walk to Southbank and close to the West End Village precinct. Facilities were excellent - fully equipped gym, fantastic pool area with sun lounges and BBQ’s. The 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment was very modern and spacious with the biggest TV ever! Friendly and helpful reception staff with easy onsite parking for extra $25/night. We will definitely return.

Great apartment with lots of space. Amazing location. Only reason for the 4 star review was the smell of the entire complex on entry to the lifts and also in the apartment itself and the fact there was eaten food still left in the fridge on arrival. Service was great when contacted. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment was very handy. I would stay here again.

Arena CLLIX was perfect for my trip being close to the Conference Centre but also for walkable choices for dining. It was also good to walk for some exercise.
The rooms were a good size with all mod cons. Maybe they need to have some wine glasses 🙂

As a family we loved it. The pool was a massive hit with the kids. Super easy to walk down to grey st and south bank area. The rooms has great air con and facilities. A good couple of the furnishings were in need of repair though. Otherwise, would recommend.

It was a very good experience staying at Arena apartment for almost 2 months for my business trip and vacation. The 2 beds room apartment with a big balcony is very spacious compared to the nearby apartments. The reception and other staff were friendly, easy to check in or out. A lot of dining and fun areas around, just couples of minutes walk. It was good to walk around the south bank beach and browsing the flea market during weekends, also 10 mins walk only. I like the swimming pool at G/F and had a tan relaxing on the beach chair, it’s seldom finding other apartments having an G/F swimming pool. The General Manager, Andy is so friendly and takes care of us , very helpful, much appreciated. Apart from that, the price is pretty reasonable with such high quality services.

Thanks to Inna at the reception, I had a comfortable holiday🙂! She responded to all my requests promptly and even recommended nearby cafés and restaurants. Thanks to her, my stay was a happy one, and she’s one of the reasons why I’d love to come back to this place.

The property is also located among trendy shopping streets, making it an attractive spot for younger travelers. I highly recommend it to everyone.

This may look nice online however we were thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with the cleanliness and overall quality of building 2. We paid over $500 for three nights and received and more than below average stay. If you’re a chain smoker maybe this place is for you! If you enjoy the scent of cigarettes and filth every morning as you walk out of your room then look no further! Arena apartments do better. If you have a zero tolerance policy to smoking in your apartments then do not excuse tenants from that policy either. This is a serious health and safety concern and you are very lucky to not have been reported sooner. Save your money people.
