such a wonderful experience. all of it. location is fantastic to move around Brisbane, building is easy to locate and close bars, restaurants, groceries, all you need. check in after normal hours was super easy and we didnt have a single little problem during our stay. when we got into the apartment it was bigger than expect, more light, and totally totally ready. kitchen has all you need which is a big plus. the whole stay was absolutely perfect, including reception desk staff and housekeeping who made it all really pleasant for us. definitely a place to go back to.

Had a very run down room. Cleanliness of the apartment was pretty poor. In particular the bathroom and bedroom. Had very basic linen with no fitted sheet or duet cover so the bedding just got all scrunched up by the end of the night. It’s a good location. Check in was a breeze. The room did the job but wouldn’t recommend it for a romantic couples stay. Definitely abit pricey for what you get.

Definitely recommend, comfortable beds, quite rooms , great amenities, super clean.
Staff are wonderful. No hassles at all.
Great area to stay and after finding this apartment complex I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Would Give 0 Stars if Possible

I am absolutely appalled by the level of customer service and the complete lack of empathy shown by this hotel. Due to an extreme weather event (a cyclone), we were unable to make our scheduled booking. Instead of understanding the situation and offering any kind of flexibility, the hotel refused to issue a credit and only offered to change the dates within 48 hours. This is despite the event we were traveling for being canceled due to the cyclone, and there being no rescheduled date in sight.

Their refusal to acknowledge the severity of the situation and accommodate us was incredibly frustrating. They seemed completely indifferent to the circumstances and showed no willingness to work with us in any way. The customer service was beyond disappointing and utterly unhelpful. We had hoped for a bit of understanding, but clearly, that was too much to ask for.

If you value a hotel that genuinely cares about its customers, this is not the place for you. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Another awesome stay at Soda apartments for 2 nights this time.

I was on the 17th floor and had a great room, clean and tidy with fantastic views of Brisbane.

My room was serviced every day.

Great car park and this place is close to restaurants and shopping.

If you want a stress free place, then Soda apartments is the place for you.

Decent location easy to get to and from the city. The room was ok, needs a few things fixed and some of the marks to be cleaned off the walls. Decent size kitchen with everything provided. Suitable accommodation for a couple.

Very happy with this accommodation. Was here on business and was happy to always come back to apartment after work. Rooftop was amazing and a great place to have some takeaway for dinner followed by a swim. Very secure location and felt safe as a solo female traveller.

We had a fantastic short stay at our 1 bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed to feel right at home and explore the city.
