I’ve been going to Phi for over a year now, and she’s hands down my go-to for lash extensions, brows, and hair spa treatments! 💕 Every visit is such a relaxing experience and her studio has the most calming and welcoming atmosphere. It always feels like a little self-care getaway. ✨

Phi is incredibly talented and pays so much attention to detail. My lashes always look flawless, my brows are shaped to perfection, and the hair spa… absolute heaven! 🧖🏻‍♀️ My hair feels so healthy and refreshed after every session.

I got my lashes done by Phi for my 16th birthday and it was the best! Shes so gentle and friendly, her studio is so welcoming and she was very fun to be around! The work is absolutely incredible I got classic lash extensions and its almost been 1 month and they are still in! Highly highly HIGHLY recommend Phi, you wont regret it 😌💞

Oh my gosh, Phi is amazing! I’ve never walked into a parlour where someone took the time to actually map out the perfect shape for my eyebrows before. Ohmygoshh!! Phi, thank you for an absolutely beautiful session! I had a head spa experience at Phi’s Pretty Parlour 2 weeks ago and it was absolutely divine. I believe it was a japanese head spa style, it didn’t feel invasive and kept me warm and cosy. I also got to experience her facial with a bonus massage that went together with it and it was divine!!! After the treatment, Phi recommended some skincare products as I’m currently experiencing acne and I have found it helping so much! I’m someone who loves details and Phi was able to explain the steps well. I found my scarring has reduced and there is less inflammation on my skin.

In terms of the head spa, I’m very particular with the products used on my hair as I prefer using products with natural and organic ingredients which is quite challenging to find a simple one that works really well & oh boy did Phi do a great job! I am someone who is low maintenance and if I can keep things simple then that’s an absolute bonus! My hair was dull, super knotty, dry and just all over the place; after the treatment for a whole week, it maintained its shine, soft, bouncy and was full of life again, I got so many compliments from people!

All in all, the experience I’ve had with Phi was phenomenal, thank you again so much Phi! I will definitely be coming back and definitely be referring my clients to you if they want skin and beauty support!

Got my lashes done here about a month ago and recently came back from my holiday in Hawaii. I'm so impressed with the retention. The lashes still looks so full and perfect! Phi uses such good quality products which gives long lasting results. Most of all, she's super friendly and easy going. Definitely deserves all the stars! Had my lip blush done by Phi (first ever service from her) and I must say I am extremely impressed. I had an absolutely amazing experience with her! My lip blush colour turned out so so well and she was just very knowledgeable and comfortable to be around as she’s got so much positive energy around her.
