Drove 20 minutes just to try the weekend special.
The pistachio croissant was $15, which felt pretty overpriced — especially considering it was just okay. I’d give it a 6/10 — not bad, but definitely didn’t live up to the hype or price tag.

The highlight? The honey cake.
Absolutely delicious — 10/10

Been here twice now. Weekend is definitely the best time to go as you can try the specials - I keep thinking about the yummy pistachio Cinnabon but I haven’t been able to get again. We went on a Wednesday morning but found it to be rather plain and not many interesting choices - however the almond croissant was really good! Would be good to have more specials in the week or some of the best sellers cause I don’t think I’ll go in the weekdays as it’s not worth it.

As a new local, I had been looking forward to trying out this place. I ordered a breakfast burger. The avocado was OK, however there was one very small piece of hard and leathery bacon that was inedible, the egg was tasteless and was like a piece of laminate (shiny and so hard I couldn’t cut it). The bun itself was dry and black underneath. It had clearly been heated up in a sandwich press. This was at 9.30am when it’s not unreasonable to expect something relatively fresh. Cost of burger was $19 - exorbitant for what we got. Very disappointed.

This place is amazing. These guys usually have a special limited item every week. I've enjoyed multiple items here and I can only recommend that people just go and try out anything thry want here.

Only negative is that is can be very difficult to find a table at times.

The staff are warm, friendly and well organised which is needed given how busy the place can get. Even though there was a line it progressed quickly and everything we ordered was well worth the wait. The weekend special pistachio cinnamon scrolls were divine. Sweet but not sickly and super soft, I fear I will be thinking about them for weeks to come.

We came here on a rainy day and the place was still pretty busy. We didn’t realise how popular the almond croissants were, so we missed out. But we did try the pain au chocolat and a steak and mushroom pie.

The chocolate croissant was decent but not something to call home about. The pie wasn’t too special either, but it did the job. I can’t really say much else about the food here but I would still be interested to try the almond croissant.

The atmosphere was decent. Not super welcoming or homely but it did seem to be quite popular. I think it’s got that somewhat elevated cafe feel, which, for me is a bit standoff-ish but to others, may just be normal.

Went all the way from Gold Coast today just for their cinnamon bun. When we arrived, we were so excited and felt lucky enough to spot the last one still sitting on the tray. But just as we were about to order it at the counter, another staff member handed it over to the people behind us…? We were literally there first🙂

There were no labels on the savouries either, so we asked for the “ham and cheese croissant,” but the staff gave us one from the hot box which turned out to be a regular ham and cheese, not the one we actually wanted. What we meant was the croque monsieur. The staff at the counter already seemed visibly annoyed as we tried to clarify, even though the confusion wasn’t our fault.

We eventually found a seat, and when our two savoury items were brought over, the front staff placed the food down rather forcefully on the table without a word or eye contact, and even though I had just said thank you.

We also saw a fly buzzing inside the display cabinet. A few hours after eating, our stomach started feeling upset and uncomfortable.

I went today for one of their kinder bueno hot chocolates. Waited in line for 30 minutes to be handed a half full, cold drink. Hardly worth the 13.00. Do better
