We visited this cafe on a Sunday & they were serving coffee in takeaway cups only. The coffee was very good, smooth & flavoursome, just not a fan of takeaway cups. Service was fast & efficient. Seating mainly outside & can be noisy

Awesome coffee and food. It’s sometimes difficult to find a place that offers both with such a good quality. At Salt you have the best cappuccino with real chocolate, and a variety of Agnes products that changes daily. We ate scrambled delicious eggs so creamy and tasty with the best sourdough toast. The bacon was crispy as well. And couldn’t miss the opportunity for the epic cookie.

Food was delicious, a variety of different options as well. The service was fast - there was a large line but they were so efficient that the wait time wasn’t bad at all. Would go back to try the coffee and a few more meals!

Top-notch coffee — had the cappo, flat white, and a black coffee over a few visits, and they all hit the mark. Foods solid too — banana and peanuts combo? Surprisingly yum. They’ve got “another?” written cheekily at the bottom of the cup, but nah, didn’t fall for it… even though it was my third cup there haha. Only downer was the grumpy cashier — looked like they’d rather be anywhere else. Hope their day gets better, but hey, the coffee makes up for it.

Coffee was delicious!! It looked really busy from the outside, but there were still plenty of seats. Staff were friendly, coffee tasted delicious, the seats were soft (I love that!), and the coffee was in a pink cup. Happy. I’ve been twice this week, will definitely be a new spot

Matcha... or milk?
Promoting your matcha as ceremonial grade and charging $8.50 for a yellow cup of milk is despicable! Photo speaks for itself.

Will give benefit of the doubt for other menu items, but please do better

I’ve always loved salt since I moved to brisbane over a decade ago. Most recently I am adoring their banana toast with coconut flakes and peanut butter. I also own their new top. Historically, I adored their crumpets with espresso butter and honey , and when I wasn’t vegan I loved their special furikake scrambled eggs often on a weekend and always their cappuccinos with loads of real chocolate on top. Also delicious cold brew

Great donuts, good coffee. Definitely one of the better cafes around the area. Can get quite crowded but love the alfresco area. Do want to come back to try more of their pastries but I can verify that their coffee was good!!!
