Very cute little cafe with delish sandwiches and wraps. The matcha was very good quality and my meal was reasonably priced. The vibe was great for a chill brunch with a friend to catchup. Simplicity done so well.

Nice little cafe tucked behind the 60 bus stop near James St. The iced chocolate was decadent with a generous amount of cream and ice cream. Hot chocolate was decent although a little bit cold. The food was pretty good and they had a nice selection from the cabinet. Very cozy vibe, all in all a nice little spot to grab brekky.

I don’t live in Brisbane, but every time I visit, I make a point to stop by for coffee — either here or at your other location, piccolo by him.

However, I’ve recently found the staff at this location to be noticeably less welcoming and, at times, quite rude.

1. I arrived 15 minutes before closing and placed a coffee order. If staff are unable to take orders close to closing time, it should be clearly stated.

2. In this case, coffee was still being served up until closing, and I placed my order accordingly.

3. When I gave my name at the counter, the staff member responded in a noticeably unfriendly and dismissive tone.

4. The barista, however, was polite and kind.

5. While I initially assumed the unwelcoming attitude might have been due to end-of-day busyness, I noticed staff were simply standing around, eating, and waiting for 3:00 PM to strike.

6. There didn’t seem to be any real rush, just a lack of willingness to serve someone who came in shortly before closing.

7. If customers arriving near closing time are not welcome, perhaps the hours for ordering coffee should be revised.

I’ve always enjoyed your coffee and have appreciated the experience in the past, but this recent visit left me feeling disappointed and unsure whether I’ll return.

The Mocha I ordered was divine! Perfectly balanced, not too sweet.
Plenty of nearby parking on James Street also 🙂

Lovely little spot for a quick coffee and feed. The Breaky wrap was wonderful with the omelette egg and tomato relish, coffee was perfect as well. Nicely maintained little cafe with a breeze from the outdoor area.

It's been a while since I've found a cafe with a good atmosphere, and I love the food! It's a must stop for me when I'm in Valley. I love the bacon and egg wrap.
