Great location for beach front access and strolling in the evening with family. The motel sits on the late night drag strip of the local hoons though, which is the only reason I can't give location a 5. My family stayed 4 nights with restaurants within walking distance. The building is very 80s with minor maintenance needed. Depending on what apartment you're in. The staff are friendly and accommodating. A deposit of 200 dollars was required and not returned until they had serviced the apartment after we left. I can only assume because they have had bad tenants previously. I would stay there again with my family, if I had no other choices, because of the hoons.

Excellent location close to bars, shops, restaurants and Coles with your own parking spot. |Apartment was clean and tidy and had excellent views of the beach and ocean. |Pool on site was clean and an awesome welcome to jump into after a hot day out adventuring on the Sunny Coast.||Best part of our stay were the Management team of Jenn and Mark who were always friendly and helpful and going out of their way to accomodate our needs! Milo the dog helped entertain the kids also!||Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Bellardoo apartments for four nights. Everything was a breeze. The managers messaged me early that morning with instructions on checking in. I was staying on the top floor facing the beach and overlooking the pool. I was in a two bedroom one bathroom apartment with a great balcony and panoramic windows to take in the beach and ocean views. There were two air cons (one in each room) and multiple fans throughout. There was a large fridge, microwave and plenty of cutlery and crockery and a washing machine and dryer which came in handy for quick washes after the pool and beach. The location was extremely handy as it was one minute walk away from great restaurants, groceries etc and the beach was just across the road. I had an amazing time here over new years and will definetly stay again if I'm visiting mooloolaba! 10/10 would recommend any visitors to the Sunshine Coast to stay here!

The place is as described - we were on the 3rd level so was a walk up - no lifts. Out unit was clean and tidy. It is an older place and as such you need to adjust your expectations to the price you are paying. It was comfortable, handy to everything and we had a nice view from the balcony. Would I stay here again? If I was travelling with the same group - most definitely, It was everything we needed. If i wanted a more luxurious holiday, no - pay more and get the more modern serviced apartment.

Great location. Very clean and tidy. Beds/pillows were very comfortable. The host were very accommodating to the requests of early checkout and having ocean views. There was a mix up on our behalf on checkout and management were understanding which was of great help. I would highly recommend staying at Bellardoo - The Fentons do a fantastic job!The only 2 small issues were - the dryer was missing the plastic timer switch and no soap holder in the shower.

We stayed in a private room nothing to do with the hotel management, we Booked from Friday to Monday , room 13 to be exact, the minute we walked in the heat hit us, I tried to turn air con on and it's wasn't working I emailed the caretakers, they did call me back but stated it's under warranty so the need to wait after Easter, offered a credit each night . This is the worst apartment we have every been in , the noise of the traffic , the cars reving and racing , we couldn't shut the windows because of the heat , therefore you couldn't shut the blinds and the streets lights lit up the room, we are leaving a day and night early to head home, never have I left our favourite beaches eagerly, worst $1800 spent for 4 days.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at the Bellardoo Holiday Apartments! Jenny and her partner were wonderful, accommodating, and friendly hosts, making us feel right at home. The apartments were spotless and perfectly located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast, just a 20-minute drive from the airport. We loved waking up to the stunning ocean views each morning. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Whilst the room was a little tired the space and amenities were great, the location was also superb with walking distance to the shops, cafes, restaurants and of course the beach, would definitely stay here again
