The location is nice but the service and cleanliness is definitely not up to standard the walls had fingerprints and the dishwasher had a major leak. My partner had to take the bin out and was bailed up by the manager and questioned like an officer. Very odd!!

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The cleanliness of the rooms was well below standard—they were dirty and had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, I found Jenny, the reception lady to be unhelpful, strange and rude. I would not recommend this accommodation based on my stay

Room was dirty... sand on the couch and food scraps on the floor under the table from the last people that stayed here.
Parking is horrible if you don't have a small car and the parking out the back is full up which most of the time it is you will be parking on the street or in our case 2 blocks away and walking to your room what a joke!!!

On Christmas Eve the owner was so rud and our room was still not ready at 2:45 she stuffed up the check in and as me and my 3 kids youngest been 20 months had drove from gold coast we had to come back home and me as a single mum me and my kids had no Christmas as no shops opened and everything was booked for there. It all change her attitude when I told her I was under NDIS she didn't want special needs kids in her hotel and my 11 year old the one under NDIS said she doesn't like me can we go home please. I work as a housekeeper and I have n very come across a owner so horrible and unwelcoming in my whole 15 years of cleaning. I will be taking this as far as I can so that it dose not happen to anther single parents with special needs kids like me be refused entry on Christmas Eve because she didn't do the booking properly.

Stayed there for 9 nights the owners were very pleasant friendly and helpful it was clean and quiet. The only thing was no lift so all cases had to be carried upstairs. The pool is small, clean and refreshing not enough sun chairs. I would recommend a stay here......

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The apartments are very spacious and well appointed. We had a full kitchen with everything we needed. It was very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The managers Sharon and Alan were very welcoming and could not do enough for us. The apartments are walking distance to the Maroochy surf club and patrolled beach. The major shopping centre is only a few minutes drive and there are plenty of local shops within walking distance. Definitely worth staying here.

We stayed over Christmas - expectations were exceeded - managers Sharon and Alan were extremely friendly. They even called to advise our room was ready early. We were lucky and had the ground floor 2 bedroom unit with own private courtyard. Unit had fully equiped kitchen and if there was anything missing we only had to ask. Great to have access to unit direct from the garage - garage was a tight squeeze for the SUV. All rooms were of a good size. Terrific supply of DVD's and board games. So close to patrolled beach and surf club. We will definately be back.
