Very comfortable and affordable apartments. Everything you need to have a great stay. Bed was very comfortable and room had block out blinds. Close to everything and very quiet. Washing machine and dryer were quality brands. Hosts were helpful and friendly. We had a lovely relaxing time. Lovely view of the river as well.

This is a top notch resort. It has small pool and spa. Underground carport. It's a quiet place overlooking the marina with spacious has rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Spent two nights at the Excellsior Apts.|Excellent all round. Great communication on pre-checkin instructions, and location etc. Easy check-in, free, secure parking underneath.|The Apartment itself was very good. Spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you need for a self-service stay.|Great TV, and the washer/dryer machines are basically brand new, high quality.|Location is excellent, close to South Mooloolaba beach. Service from the team was also first-rate. Only issue is the pool might be a little small for some, but the beach is the attraction anyway.|Overall, a great property and would highly recommend.

Effortless stay. Everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. I cooked and washed and still felt like I was on holidays! Comfortable, with tasteful furnishing and mod cons (Wi-fi, Foxtel, pod coffee machine, washer-drier). Quiet, superbly convenient location at the end of a no-through road, with relaxing views of the river and parklands. Such an enjoyable stay, I have already booked for my next visit. Will be back again and again.

We stayed here for one week. The apartment was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the Mooloolaba River. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking. The bathroom had washer and dryer for laundry. The property was at the quieter end of the esplanade which suited us perfectly. Close to bus stop, supermarket, The Wharf and beach. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Charlie for the lovely welcome - you are a credit to the company. Highly recommended.

Great apartment. Good views, clean, tidy, quiet & modern. Near to everyone, so you can walk to most things. Has parking. Good communication from Kirsten & Kate the managers too. Definitely would recommend it.

This was our third stay at Excellsior Apartments and we always find the staff welcoming and friendly. The location across from the river, a short walk to the beach and eateries etc. is so convenient and pleasant. Would recommend a stay here.
