DO NOT RISK YOYR FAMILIES HEALTH OR SAFETY STAYING HERE.
We stayed in unit 53, level 9 - 3 bed room
It was beyond filthy, poor facilities and everything covered in mould, we are now sick! The place is literally falling apart , water damage in roof, broken bathroom draw fell on my daughters foot. There was a dirty toothbrush under the main bed and 2 in a kitchen cupboard ! The 2 other bedrooms where our kids were meant to stay had mould growing all over the blinds, making it completely unsafe to be breathing in. They were unable to stay in there. Food splattered on walls in the kitchen and walls ( as well as shoe marks and who knows what else ) Red mould growing on hinges and the amount of dust of everything was unbelievable ( ducted vents, doors, walls ). The place should not be allowed to be opened or lived in. We had to leave, complete waste of money and Mothers Day weekend.. No reception people to speak to.

Great location, and accommodation.
Parking was pathetic! Straight off a main road and if you have a suv or bigger vehicle the parking is a nightmare!!!
Rooms could be cleaner ( floors dirty, mould on blinds) and air-conditioning in the main seating area ( loungeroom). We found ourselves not sitting together but sitting in our bedrooms because their wasn't even a fan in the lounge/ kitchen area.
The pool is great and a nice little cafe down the bottom!

Good location. Decent stay for the price. Few issues with the room such as leaking aircon units. Dates room could do with a few upgrades but overall not bad.

Well priced, modern rooms clean rooms, good friendly service. Convenient to all shops, beaches and restaurants. Car parking is a bit lacking but adequate.

The receptionists were fantastic but the room we had was a little left to be desired. The cleanliness of the room was a standard of a 1 star motel. The oven tray was full of grease, the wardrobes had black hair on the floor and also under the sheets on the mattress protector, the matress protector was stained and yellow as were the pillows the floor in the kitchen area was sticky under your feet. The outside table had not been cleaned. The throw cushions were filthy. The curtains had missing hangers on the tracks, the door handles to both rooms were broken, the flyscreen door had been cut as it looks like someone couldn't find a key. The bathroom door swung when you close it as the original door was taken off. The bathroom was renovated but the water from the shower ended up on the floor due to no glass front. The toilet seat was not fixed and wonky. At $204 a night, this is a total rip off. This units are owned by individuals that don't seem to care about renting their unit out in these states. The only thing positive about this was the unit had a fantastic view from the patio balcony. And also the receptionist staff were polite, helpful and courteous.
