So far our favourite hotel in Mooloolabah. We prefer this one over Mantra Beach. It is more Modern and so close to the beach. You can just walk down into the main esplanade and you have all the shops and beach area - very convenient! The view was amazing from level 10 and the deck so spacious you feel like you can relax out there longer than usual. The pool was amazing we went everyday swimming. Secure parking down below and helpful reception. Only issue is that I think they are independently owned apartments which means you don’t get consistent standards throughout - our apartment had very outdated TV’s so we couldn’t connect to apps or chrome-cast which is not ideal on a holiday as you may want to watch a movie. The utensils in the kitchen need to be updated and the knifes were blunt and the glasses looked very worn. The main bed could be more comfortable as it was a little firm. I also think air con needed the filters to be cleared. The bathrooms looked to be recently updated which looked amazing and made it feel more modern.

We had an amazing anniversary. Thank you to the team for acknowledging our anniversary with a card, balloons and chocolate. Also a welcome gift was appreciated. Very easy to check in and check out. We loved the apartment, so roomy and well furnished - giving the holiday beach vibe. Just walk downstairs and there are restaurants, cafes and beach at your toe tips. All the staff are very friendly on the phone and in person. We will definitely choose Sirocco on our next Mooloolaba holiday.

Loved the view from the 4th floor. Nicely laid out apartment with everything you need. Excellent location close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Pool and gym. What more could you ask for. Would have easily given 5 stars but the Internet was atrocious. Could not even look at the news on my phone. Gave up and used our own sim cards in the end. Despite this I would absolutely come back here.

Great location and view (though curtains or blinds would have been nice as the morning sun is direct and very bright).

Pool was immaculate and 27c, spa was 37c. Both lovely.

We visit 2 or 3 times a year and have been coming for years. Ever since our first visit, we have had problems with the WIFI, which might have been ok 5-10 years ago, but is patently ridiculous today.
Having work meetings drop out, and not having basic streaming should be 2010 problems, not 2025.

The room (407) had owner specific internet which died after 1 day. The Accor wifi we were told to switch to repeatedly slowed or dropped out altogether. Our home internet is far superior to either, even when using large work files and transfers.

Also not policing the no-party rule is disappointing. 2 nights of obnoxiously loud music and screaming was quite disturbing.

Great position right on the Esplanade, easy access to the beach, shopping and cafes. The apartment interior was clean, but unfortunately the balcony wasn’t. There were some maintenance issues which were not noticed by housekeeping staff prior to our arrival, and once raised with Reception staff were addressed. Furniture in the apartment was not very comfortable, particularly the lounge and bedding. Appreciate these apartments are privately owned, but you would think there would be standards. On the whole it’s OK, would benefit from more detailed checks from housekeeping staff before allowing guests to access rooms. Was more expensive than last stay.

We have just stayed for close to a week at the Siricco. It has nice rooms as is in a very nice location. The reception staff are very friendly. Where the plan falls apart is in the internet and wifi. It is a low speed service and continually drops out. This will be unsuitable to those who work on laptop, or who enjoy social media etc, as they will be forced to use their own data. It’s quite poor for such a nice and expensive apartment building. Accor needs to life it’s game in this regard. Other than this, the place was great. Because of the, it wasn’t at all

We had a 2 week stay. The apartment was great (even if a little bit tired). Spotlessly clean and a great location. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Couldn't fault this place if I tried. Service is great, location is great and facilities are great. Right on the beach and close to any shop you could need, and just check out the view!
