We had a one bedroom apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We stayed 7 days and could always get fresh beach or bathroom towels when needed, coffee / tea, or toilet paper.
Ideally located, close to beach, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. We didn't use either pool but they seemed nice. We were at the beach every day.
Although fitted out for a person with a disability, our bathroom was fine. Not putting the shower on super hard meant that we weren't flooding the floor unnecessarily. The washer / dryer was fabulous too. Definitely will return.

We were impressed with every aspect of our stay. The one bedroom accessible apartment was perfect for our needs, staff were pleasant and responded promptly to any of our requests. The convenience of having so many eateries at your door step was another bonus.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend!
Stayed at Mantra Mooloolaba Beach and couldn’t be happier. The apartments are spacious, clean, and really well set up. The location is unbeatable, so convenient to everything, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all just steps away. Parking was easy and hassle-free too. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Very Helpful and friendly receptionists especially Paige on both entering and departing the resort. We stayed in a penthouse. It had beautiful views and was peaceful and quiet. The stairs up to spa I felt were extremely steep and unsafe considering people are using a spa and coming back with wet bodies or feet on wooden steps. They were poorly designed as were unfortunately both the bathrooms. The ensuite door opened into and up against the toilet and it required constant maneuvering around it to get to toilet. Simply removing the ensuite door and putting in a sliding door would easily fix that and give a sense of space back in the bathroom and for ease of getting in and out. Well-furnished apartment and spacious, although very outdated and dark kitchen. Bed very comfortable. However, for the price I would choose somewhere else next time. Although it was wonderful to have easy access to Coles next door and also to the cafes below and also underground parking. A very pleasant stay but not great value and we didn't have the wow factor we were hoping for, considering what we paid. We did appreciate the staff helpfulness and their great attitudes, and it was a lovely surprise to be left a handwritten card and bottle of bubbly. All the apartments are individually owned so nothing is standardised which can leave you with a lucky dip when staying there which really has no benefits for the guests.

We had a very relaxing stay at Mantra Mooloolaba Beach. Unit was very comfortable. Location excellent - a short walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. Beach directly across the road. Plan to stay again.

Had a three bedroom unit for work and was thrilled with the space, the views, the awesome staff and the fun little promotions they had at the time (free popcorn, wine etc). The pool was a nice bonus and we all took advantage of a post work swim! Thanks for having us, would definitely stay again

This place is a delight. Rooms are fully self-contained with even a washing machine/ dryer. Staff are friendly, there’s an indoor pool and location is great. No F&B in the hotel but with so many eateries nearby, it really doesn’t matter.👍🏻

Great hotel with bright decor and a tropical vibe. Wonderful room with great amenities makes for a pleasant and relaxing stay! We loved the location and the balcony that gave us an uninterupted ocean view. Restaurants and cafes right outside offer something for everyone, from coffee and breakfast to fine dining, seafood, and more. Close to the marina, shopping and wonderful coastal walks with the beach at your door and a wonderful swimming pool.
