The food is great, service is good, but the staff have developed a habit of not telling the customer the total price of their drive thru order. It's a bit tone deaf in this economy to expect people to have $50+ sitting in a spending account ready to go. If you tell us the price at the speaker, we can move money BEFORE we get to the payment window. That'll probably help with the queues and needing to send someone outside to take orders.

Fantastic driveway service. Very friendly girls at the windows. Food service was fast and correct. As always delicious custard tart and my frappe / coffee fusion was perfectly made.

Terrible customer service
Staff not acknowledging me when I stood at the counter waiting to order. They were looking at me and just continued on with mopping the floor.
The shop wasn't busy but still took them quite a while to get my ONE coffee ready. They put it on the pick up counter not looking up and without calling it out. I had to walk up and ask if it was my coffee....

Love my local Zarraffa's. Consistently making me my regular coffee, staff are always friendly and effective, they move quickly and competently every single visit. The Manager Matthew is awesome, remembering regular customers and personalising his customer service to a higher level. Something you don't see very often in Hospitality industry any more.

Just THE BEST!! THE BEST WAY TO BEGIN WITH WHEN YOU WAKE UP!! I thought why not get Zarrafas today. Little did I know that this would CHANGE MY LIFE!!! The service, the food, the people, EVERYTHING BOUT IT!! I love it so much! Cheap, fast, good service I'm coming here every week!! To begin with I walk in everything seems normally people, and staff, but when I looked up you could see the generosity of the staff, and the people!! Never without a doubt coming back!!

Good coffee and food. Plenty of choices. Staff are amazing. Good location with drive through and anyone can do dine in and take away. When taking food away, they give you paper plate as well. So considerate! They also have rewards card which accumulate points and you can use it to get free drink. So good! I really love Zaraffa's Coffee! If you are unsure what to get, try mine. I got the Mocha cold fusion (2 shots of coffee) with Vanilla Syrup and of course toasted Ham and Cheese Croissant for breakky. So delicious!
