Good old country pub established 1890. Atmosphere is good, but as all pubs they are getting a bit expensive. Steak sandwich, scooner and cappuccino cost $45.

Terrible!!! We have been going to this beautiful country pub for over 30 years now, and since Sirromet wines bought it, it is only going down hill. It is so run down and disgustingly messy/untidy. The food was disgusting considering the high prices they charge and unfortunately we wont be back there again

Great classic Aussie pub with well priced and volume meals. Steak in sandwich was tip quality. Good atmosphere. A touch up some cleaning would give it a 5.

Has a wonderful warm country feel, staff are very friendly and food is great. Unfortunately the cleanliness (or lack of) in the bathrooms really let it down. Don't think they've seen a vacuum or mop in months

Great country pub just outside of Boonah. Wonderful meals and a friendly atmosphere with puppy dogs welcome (even their own menu). I took my boy there for his 10th birthday, and he enjoyed a chicken burger, while I had grilled Barramundi.

Went there today for an early Christmas lunch with my daughters, my daughter’s partner and my g-baby (a very attention seeking dachshund puppy). I had never been here before and chose it as it was dog friendly. The bar staff were very welcoming and friendly, setting us up for a great afternoon. The beer garden was well shaded by some incredibly beautiful large trees, and the musician that was playing was fantastic. There was a great atmosphere in and around the pub. The food was great and the wait times on food was very short. It’s so hard to find a pub with a great beer garden and atmosphere, but this place hits the spot. So glad we came here, just wish it was closer to home so I could do a regular Sunday session here. Absolutely loved our afternoon here.

The food was good, nice steak. The place is looking a bit rundown and could really do with a bit of work.
