Nathalie made our wedding a treat! My husband and I got married on the 7th Nov 2024, and it was even better than we could've imagined. She is so accommodating and helpful, and made our ceremony and wedding process so easy. The venue was stunning, the rooms were nicely made up and super comfortable, and all of our guests complimented her, our wedding and everything in between.

I am still on cloud 9 from what an incredible wedding I just had! Nathalie the venue manager was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! Nothing was an issue, nothing was a burden. I hired the venue for 3 days and from Friday take over it was so smooth! Nathalie made sure we all felt comfortable and not stressed at all. I was in constant communication with Nathalie about what decorations I wanted to do and not once did she object. I was privileged to have my own horse at my wedding and have her in the barn. Both accommodation houses are outstanding in value and standards. Beautiful lighting for the brides and bridesmaids. The morning of we had hot air balloons fly over with rabbits in the field! As I was getting my makeup done my fiancé called to tell me that a dairy cow was giving birth next to his house!
Alsace Polo on its own is just stunning! My guest all complimented us on a beautiful venue and how they have never been to such a beautiful venue before.
Nathalie took us up to her house where we got the most incredible sunset photos and she was so lovely to our photographers. Nathalie showed us all the perfect spots and even made my dreams come true but putting us in a paddock with all the cows! They got so close and the smile on my face said it all!
We had no dramas or complaints the whole time. 100% would recommend this venue as it’s just magical!

The venue is absolutely beautiful and manager was accomodating for us to come out and see the property. A coupe of hiccups as expected when organising a wedding but everything went very smoothly on the day including assistance to getting to the hilltop for photos. The place was very tidy and ample car space and time for people to get photos. Spoke to the manager and sorted but did not realise the booking fee is not included in the hire cost. Only mentioning in case others aren’t aware as it cause additional stress having to find extra money a week out. The manager was polite and very well presented throughout and letting the dogs run around!

My Husband and I got married at Alsace Polo on 6.3.21. When we were picking a venue we wanted a venue that could cater DIY and our Fur Babies. This venue stood out to us because of the breathtaking views, the scenery and was able to offer certain inclusions we couldn't get on our budget. Nathalie was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions, queries, stresses and problems and everything came together beautifully for what was a truly magical day.

All I want to say is, if you’re looking for somewhere to get married, this is the place! Nathalie is one incredible, down to earth person. She is honestly just beautiful. The venue speaks for itself, myself and my partner got married here on the 22/02/2022 and we seriously couldn’t be happier with where we chose to get married!
Nat made the entire process so easy, her communication with as on point and was alway there to help when needed! She was accommodating to all our requests. She made our day an absolute breeze!

We all know planning a celebration can be stressful and full of surprises - for my husband and I, it was our wedding celebration 2.0 (thanks to the pandemic).

The moment we set eyes on Alsace Polo, we knew it was love at first sight and knew it was the perfect venue for us. Nathalie is absolutely incredible - nothing was too much trouble and went out of her way to make sure our day went smoothly. We visited the venue on two separate occasions before our big day, and each and every time we visited, we noticed something even more beautiful than before.

I was a guest & in the bridal party for a wedding at the polo club. This venue is stunning, however a new venue manager would be make this place even better. She comes across very nice and helpful but can snap and change her tune in an instant. As a business owner I would be mortified if one of my staff spoke to a guest the way she did to everyone. Police were called to the event for reasons unknown to myself, only for them to arrive and not know what they were doing there then leave. I guess she feels the right to waste and abuse the system having a son in the police force.

I would not recommend this venue to anyone.
Please read all the reviews when researching the venue. While the venue and surrounds are beautiful. The venue provides only that. A beautiful view.
There are also some serious health and safety concerns about the property. An audit should be carried out
•Hand rails around the property
•A fence around the caravan and camping area
•only 1 toilet for your guests
•The bar doesn’t have glassware you will need I buy them as they are not in the package
•You have to store and take your own rubbish
•The donga style rooms or your guests are of a below average standard and were not cleaned for our guests at all.
•There is also a $1000 charge for the fairy and festoon lights hire even though they are a permanent fixture and not cleaned for your event
The cherry on top is that the venue manager has a Jekyll and Hyde type of mentality which creates unnecessary stresses on the day.
Everything must be in writing when dealing with her inconsistency.
She also emailed me 3 days before my wedding to say there was a system glitch on my invoice a that I owed another $3500 more before the wedding day. Her bullish approach to her mistake made me feel as if my wedding couldn’t proceed.
Upon reading other reviews this system glitch seems to be a common occurrence.

Finally also take into consideration that it is consistent along with other reviews that she will use the local police force to intimidate the paying patrons and their guests to leave the hired space when she chooses, not till the agreed time of 12pm

Management leave you feeling as if you are unworthy of the space even though you have paid for it.

Find another wedding venue
