I usually visit the Augustine Heights Zarraffa’s, but I decided to try the Richlands location despite seeing some mixed reviews.

I was expecting a subpar experience, but it turned out to be quite decent. The coffee tasted like coffee—perhaps missing a little perfection in milk consistency, but still enjoyable. The drive-thru was busy, but that’s a sign of a thriving business, not a fault on their end. Overall, the customer service was good, and the coffee was decent.

Happy to support a local business that consistently delivers a good experience!

Been having coffee and menu items since a month month. The qudity of the food (bakery) is not consistent. Got two times burnt toasted food as if the crew doesn't see what they are packing ? The gloominess in the staff if too much. Doesn't make it a "coffee atmosphere". Good if you want to drive by and get Coffee as this is the nearest zarraffas branch. The brand is good no denying but this franchise and the way it's in Augustine heights is disappointing to a coffee and cafe lover.

Its always a great coffee from this Zarraffa's. Drive-through is super quick, even during peak time. Our team meetings just aren't the same without our Zarraffa's fix. Keep up the great work, Z Team!!

14/1/2025 - Another disappointing experience on a random visit. Serviette placed directly onto the sandwich with melted cheese and apathetic customer support from the head office.

20/12/2024 - Started so well on Matcha with Strawberry whipped cream, and couple of weeks later I got THIS! WHAT IS THAT WATERY THING? WHAT HAPPENED TO THE WHIPPED CREAM?

AND WHY ARE YOU STILL USING PLASTIC STRAWS?

Long wait, mediocre service, food is hit and miss. I also don't understand why they put serviette inside the bag with the smashed avo? It gets covered in avocado thus completely unusable ending up in the bin. Maybe put serviettes on top of the bag, huh?
Consistently bad quality, ciabatta is flat and amount of ingredients they put has significantly reduced. Time to switch to a different drive-thru, right next to you.

I frequent this place very often. Excellent coffee and quick service. Would go good if they upgrade their mic sets so that they can hear what we are saying clearly.

The young girl serving had the personality of a toilet. Our orders were just placed on the bench without names being called out. First and last visit for us.

Coffee was great but zarraffa removed my and my honney’s favourite pear and raspberry loaf. That is not nice. And that too without asking their regular customers. Again, that is not nice! 🥲
