Other recent reviews must have had an off day... or I'm just lucky.
We ordered kids spaghetti napoli. It was a touch juicy but tasted really good.
Pizza was good. Thin base lots of toppings. Cooked well. Very impressed.

Wife is italian so standards are pretty high.

there’s no care in food prep! Ordered a kiddies pasta. A small bowl tossed in some herb. It reeked of fishy order. Definitely was NQR!! Even worse it was $13 for a small bowl that I could’ve done better with a microwave. They didn’t bother to clean the pan or used the previous orders oil. it’s the only place opened in these parts so can get away with it! Table next to us was given a bottle of coke that had expired. Made me look at my beer label. The other items ordered… were mediocre..

thought I would try this place after reading the reviews, I ordered a seafood pizza very very substandard the menu said prawns, mussels, scallops, calamari when I got the pizza only 3 tiny prawns, no scallops, there was calamari and tiny mussels and a whole lot of onion. I rang the Manager and he said they used marinara mix so I suggested that they say on the menu they use marinara mix because I went there because on the menu they stated scallops. $55 for 2 pizzas and a garlic bread is expensive when you can’t eat the pizza because of the overload of onions and lack of seafood. Maybe they should call the seafood pizza an onion pizza with a sprinkle of seafood. Won’t be back

The pizza at the this restaurant is excellent. While the pasta and risotto tasted okay, I found the portions to be on the smaller side. Overall, a satisfying dining experience.

Walked down to this restaurant from the centre of town as we fancied Italian. It was quite quiet, but it was a Tuesday evening. Looking at other reviews we both went with pasta dishes; mine the seafood one and my wife had the veggie. Both were delicious and, whilst not overwhelming in terms of size (thinking of one review we read) it was plenty big enough. We did order some garlic bread to share which was excellent. Washed down with a beer and a few glasses of wine and an ok Tiramisu (it could have had a bit more kick to it) to follow. Service was perfect. Would go there again if ever in the area. Didn’t have time to check out the river which was across the road and beyond a grassy area.

Go up
