Customer service here was exceptional. Really engaging and helpful. It us a smallish store but has plenty of under cover seating and tables. I had the curry pie and it was ok a little crusty on the outside for my personal liking but some people may live their pies like that. It is in the middle of volt lane so their a lot if parking lots around but not right out the front. Recommend for a quick pie or salad roll lunch.

Great Aussie bakery. Didn't miss a beat. Fast and friendly service. Gave us some free cinnamon donuts with our order!! Curry pie was chunky, flavoursome and aromatic. Pastry perfect. Coffee scroll big and bang on. Party pies, the perfect snack - beefy and moist. Coffees well made - hot and strong. Great job guys! Will be back and recommend highly. Cheers

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! although the food is great, i have witnessed one of the female staff members abusing customers and being so unbelievably rude to her team. i, personally, can’t support people/businesses who treat their customers and staff the way i’ve seen someone at hot bake do, and i would urge you all to take your business elsewhere too

FINALLY found coffee at a good price! The staff were also super friendly and gave me a couple of free doughnuts too which was lovely. The coffee was delicious, at the perfect temperature (rare for a long black!) and not bitter. Keep up the great work guys 🙂

Got a steak and bacon pie and 2 of the sausage rolls. Honestly not great, the sausage rolls tasted like they were full of cheap meat and bread. No flavour and the one with vegetables was terrible, corn and mushroom like why?

Chicken and veg pie with 5 peas, a few carrots and a gelatinous gravy with stringy bits of chicken. Nope.

August 2023 - Have stopped visiting this once favourite coffee shop. No more teapots, no more crockery. Paper cups 👎 paper plates 👎 paper bags👎 So upsetting the whole ambience has changed. Bring back proper cups, saucers, plates and teapots. We miss visiting you.

Finally!! Coffee that isn't bitter!! Yay!!
As a bonus too the customer service is above and beyond anything we've recently come across. It's like we'd stepped back in time. Food is always fresh and beautifully presented. It was a unique feeling placing an order and receiving what we actually ordered .. and all done with smile! I especially love sitting in the sun with a pot of strong white English Breakfast tea .. and not tea bags either .. loose tea ♡ If you want a lovely little interlude in your day this is the place to go. Thank you to the lady who makes us so welcome and makes a great cuppa .. see you real soon ♡

Visited two mornings in a row now and oth times the staff where very polite and attentive and the food was fresh. I will definitely come back when in the area next time
