Disappointed in so many ways.
Staff were rude and abrupt with customers. Sometimes turning backs on the next waiting customer to chat amongst themselves, specially the male staff member.
There not much Donuts to chose from and this was before the lunch rush. The hot dogs 🌭 were so below par and over cooked.
The owner should pay more attention, otherwise, too late to turn around the attitude and the productson offer.

Store has been updated, now there is no menu to see except for hot dogs.
Never have normal iced donuts for sale individually, only in boxes,
Gave may coffee order , 1 oat latte, 1 cinnamon don't, then had to repeat the order again .train staff better.

Since they reopened, their customer service has gone downhill.

Today I ordered a regular Cappuccino and a hot dog with tomato sauce. The hot dog came promptly, but they'd forgotten the sauce and had to take it back to put the sauce on.

Then, by the time I'd almost finished my food, I still didn't have my coffee.

I noticed however, many people who had ordered after me were getting their milkshakes/smoothies etc. I politely enquired of the young lady who had served me and was told that only one person was able to make coffees and she was busy - making cold drinks ordered after mine.

They eventually made me a large size coffee. All-in-all, I spent nearly an hour at Donut King for what should have been probably a 20-minute visit. The rest of my shopping took about 15 minutes to complete.

I am most displeased with the level of customer service shown to me today.

Also, I note Google maps is still listing this kiosk as being temporarily closed. It is not.

Ordered food and drinks. The fellow behind the counter then proceeded to complete 4 other orders before completing mine.
Further to note when it was complete the thickshake was not mixed with majority of chocolate syrup was coagulated down the bottom.
