I am so grateful to have attended a weekend retreat at Glen Eden Estate in the Hunter Valley facilitated by Leah from Breath Bliss.

During the retreat - we did guided breathwork sessions with sound healing, had access to ice baths, saunas, spas and nourishing, delicious food prepared by a chef.

Thank you Leah for ALL that you did to create a safe, professional and beautiful experience.

It was well worth the investment and I feel rejuvenated and inspired after making lasting connections with other like-minded women.
