Our wedding at Wildwood Kangaroo Valley was absolutely perfect! Initially, we were a little disappointed when we saw the storms rolling in, but we needn’t have worried. The staff pivoted so quickly and professionally, ensuring everything still went smoothly. Despite the torrential rain, Wildwood looked stunning — in fact, it was even more intimate and magical because of it. We were so pleasantly surprised by how much we loved our rainy wedding pictures!

Wildwood is such a unique and beautiful venue, and it was a refreshing change for our friends and family. Everyone really enjoyed the unique setting. The planning process was effortless, and Alex was a joy to work with, making everything so easy for us. On the day, Charlie was an absolute superstar ninja, ensuring everything ran like clockwork, and all the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating.

I can’t recommend Wildwood enough! It truly is a magical place, and the amazing team made our day unforgettable, rain or shine.

Wildwood is by far one of the best decisions we made for our wedding - Such an amazingly beautiful venue, accomodation is fantastic, and very comfortable.

The staff were nothing but perfectly helpful from the start and made everything just that "little more" special.

There was never any sense of what about this or what about that, we just knew everything is just handled, plus we cannot say enough about the photogenic location. Our family and friends totally fell in love with the place the same way we did the first time we visited. We cannot recommend Wildwood enough.

Such a beautiful location. Wildwood was the perfect venue for our wedding. Stunning location, staff were there to take care of everything we needed. Every one of our guests commented on how amazing the venue was. We all had an incredible day. Would highly recommend.

Where to even start! We got married at Wildwood in April of this year and it was quite honestly the most perfect venue. Everything from the onsite accommodation (which is huge!), to the views at the ceremony space, the cocktail lawn and the reception hall is flawless. I loved Wildwood for the journey our guests went on during the day, they were moved between the most beautiful spaces across the venue for different aspects of the day which is a really cool and refreshing way to do a wedding venue. The space is steeped in so much natural beauty and the photos turned out incredible! The staff are beyond helpful, the packages have everything you need whilst still allowing you to really customise your day and the crew were so helpful and flexible in accommodating all those extra things to make our day truly special. Its been almost two months since we got married and we're still hearing the most beautiful things from our guests about the venue and the staff!

Wildwood is an absolutely stunning property- so peaceful, serene and beautiful, overlooking kangaroo valley. The house was so comfortable and simply but elegantly furnished, with lovely bed linens, the kitchen so well stocked and plenty of lounging spaces indoors and out- just perfect for our intimate family break. Perched on dramatic cliffs it’s not for toddlers but it’s truly spectacular. Thank you for having us.

My husband and I. Could not thank the staff enough about such magical day. Not one thing went wrong!
The venue within nature speaks for it self. It’s amazing. Wildwood is definitely less is best because the beauty shines through in the nature setting.
Accomodation right on the property for the bridal party makes the night prior and the morning off a breeze, no need to buy extra decorations they have storage room full and any way you want your wedding to be sitting, cocktail or complete laid back wildwood staff will accomodate.
The staff are absolutely amazing their hospitality skills and time management make the day run very smooth and calmly.

We couldn't have asked for a better venue to have our wedding.

Alex, Charlie and the team at Wildwood were amazing to deal with. We had the flexibility to do a lot of things our way and if we wanted something that was not allowed, it wasn't a straight out no, they worked with us and compromised. Helped a lot with the planning leading up to, never made us feel like we were being too much with all our questions and requests.

On the day, Charlie was a absolute superstar, getting everything sorted so we didn't even have to give it a 2nd thought. Our guests loved the games that were seamlessly set up by the Wildwood staff.

The vibe of the stunning property adds to the magic that is your special day and we honestly couldn't imagine tying the knot any where else.

We can't wait to come back to renew our vows in 10 years!

We had our wedding at Wildwood and it was such a stunning venue—surrounded by nature with the most beautiful ceremony space and outlook. It really felt like a magical place to get married. A special shot out to Bekk (who was a trainee on the day) who did a fantastic job coordinating everything and was so attentive to us. We're really grateful to her and the team for helping bring everything together so beautifully.
There were a few things that could have been better. While the venue packages were flexible, we found some of the details a bit unclear during planning, which led to a lot of back and forth and some miscommunication.
There were also a couple of logistical issues: the Wi-Fi at the bridal house was accidentally turned off, which meant we couldn’t connect with overseas family or organise our departure the next day. There was also some miscommunication around our table layout, which was fixed on the day but meant a few small things weren’t quite right. We also noticed some maintenance issues—like a rotted section of decking where someone put their foot through, and no path lighting at night, which unfortunately led to a guest injury. On arrival, we also found some leftover beer cans around the property.

Despite those hiccups, the setting itself is truly special, and the day was everything we hoped for. With a few tweaks, it could be a five-star experience.
