The food was absolutely delicious here! Friendly staff, kids friendly and overall great experience. Food is great for the price (especially if you become a member and get discounts) - we really enjoyed it here!

Looking for a nice venue for our monthly lunch and thought we'd try Nines restaurant for the Chicken Snitzel, $19 lunch special, the atmosphere was more like pub bar area. Nowhere did it say the Special was for Members Only. Changed the order to rissoles and mash and couldn't eat the gristle balls and had the mash and veg only.
We thought we'd have coffee and cake (not a lot of choice) at Vibes and wish we'd gone there to have lunch, and the staff there were friendly and helpful. Not rushing back.

Went 3 years ago and it was 5 stars. Food was amazing. Night was amazing. This time, the whole venue was chaotic. Small queues that took 3 staff 5 minutes to pour 4 drinks. Food was below average. Staff confusing orders. Staff angry at children. Was looking forward to it but it has taken a massive dive since then, I doubt I'll ever return apart from playing golf.

We put on a red carpet event for the Coastal Surge International Film Festival as part of the Lakes Festival, supported by Creative Art Central. Everglades came onboard to host. They ended up doing a superlative job and the crew went above and beyond to make the community of artists, filmmakers, musicians and feel loved up, entertained and very welcome. Amazing evening, thank you so much!

I spoke with one of their kitchen staff asking for a knife and fork for my meal, when I asked I was told to walk to the other side of the restaurant (mind due, where there was no knives or forks prepared l!!) When spoken to the supervisor I was excused for their retaliations, however no adjustments were made to their service requirements, & when asked for a second time( for cutlery) there was nothing but negative/ hurtful comments & also asked to leave the restaurant before our meal had come to a finish!!! Would not recommend for a family!
