Like what the actual, so for the last couple months when me and my partner decide to have a little treat from McDonald’s and it’s always wrong one way or another and tonight (22/06/2025) is the last straw honestly how hard is it to make a burger, fair enough you forget one thing I’ll even forgive forgetting two things but almost everything on the burger really ?! How can you forget to put cheese on a cheeseburger it’s in the bloody name! how do you forget the sauce on a burger at all what is wrong with these people in the back maybe they should replace them with someone more capable maybe look at nova employment

Chips are colder than the weather…
full cream latte is lighter than the skim milk…
the food is …ok even when you were hungry…
fish- fillet burger souce is different from we had before.
The staff customers service is all right. After they have been told lack of sauces and chicken nuggets in orders, they gave them for me.

We got some breakfast for my grandson and myself. Hot cake meal. The meal was very nice I really can’t complain about it. My tea was perfect just the way I like it with a little extra milk. The lady that served me was very nice with good customer service skills and we didn’t have to wait long for our meal. Do recommend this store. Give it a try.

Thought I’m used to with Macca’s staffs being rude, but this was the worst. We went to drive-thru, and they didn’t get the order right, almost threw the items out when handing the order and dropped a straw, and completely ignored our request for another straw. None of them bothered saying sorry. I’m quite understanding for fast food chains, but all three staffs we dealt with were extremely disrespectful - this is just not acceptable.

It's a joke - the attitude of managers with the eye rolling and shrugging at other staff when letting them know ur order is missing something annoys me. It shows how often it happens at this joint... he said to me rudely while giving me satchels of sauce "you can put ketchup in the muffin yourself" as an example to staff which was really offputting and a bit aggressive. Guy with the long brown hair and glasses.

Worse yet... Looked at my card transaction and was charged twice as well $18.00, told that putting orders in are "too confusing for the worker". It was 1 x breakfast meal come on.

Check your card transaction because their screen to confirm your meal at payment bay isn't on so you can't check what they are charging you or if your order is right. I got a cash refund which wasn't correct either. Not sure how many customers are being double charged and don't check.

Staff obviously need basic training so managers won't be frustrated to hear feedback and then resorting to getting annoyed at customers for simply asking for what they paid (double) for?

I feel bad but feedback needs to be taken on board so it's a simple and fast experience like it's designed for. Manager said "have a good day... but that depends" and walks away. This manager was extremely passive aggressive. Great experience down the road not far.

We only waited 15 minutes for some simple food. A young gentleman in line clearly concerned about his time, waiting well over 15 minutes. It's a fast food restaurant for a reason folks. It would have been faster getting a decent burger elsewhere.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to Makayla, she is such a lovely person a the amount of times I have gone there she has always been so lovely and friendly. I love going through drive thru if I know she’s there, she’s just a very nice person. Thank you Makayla for going above and beyond for your customers. Your amazing

Manager is completely rude has no respect for customers the way she speaks is so confronting and rude.
I used to get Dirty Chai latte, but now I get a chai flavoured cappuccino she comes up so rudely and says next time ask for a Dirty chai there the same well there not.
So much for a manager lol dirty chai is chai tea based while a cappuccino has a coffee base.
