650 people wedding and i was amazed how the tables were full of food. Dips, salad, bread, drinks. Just kept being replaced when finished. You would expect the food not to be great quality due to serving such a high number of people but they delivered a outstanding main meal. Highly experienced team. Very very impressed. Ive seen receptions across sydney that couldn’t handle 150 people. Huge reception & dance floor. Respect & love.

Absolutely love this venue! Very large reception hall for up to 1000 guests and hospitable service.. hidden gem in the west with a gorgeous fitout!

Reception started at 6pm, we didn’t eat our dinner until 8:30pm, and we left at 10pm before we had dessert. This place is disgusting, very poor customer service as the waiters ignored my table, and they take their time with feeding their guests. Imperial Paradiso need to train their staff to have better time management skills, and better customer service skills.

The chairs make you feel like you are in prison. Very ugly in fact. The handles of knives and forks have weird shape which are annoying for usage. The food is nice the service is great. The place is very clean.

Of the many superb reception halls of the Paradiso group, this is one of the best. Great service, and an awesome atmosphere at all the weddings I've attended here. Hats off to the crew at this venue, always attentive to their guest's needs, and the food is great! Well done guys, keep up the good work.

Service isn't all that great. I know there's a bunch of people that need to be served but honestly it's not like it's not expected especially when the bride and groom have given all the info beforehand. You get these massive sized mezzas, the salads are good, and the tiniest plates to use to eat from. So awkward! Please rethink your tableware. The music volume is disgustingly high. I had to scream in the ear of the person sitting next to me and she still couldn't hear me properly. I wish someone told the MC what is a realistic volume for wedding guests to enjoy the music. The mains were served either cold or warm. The lamb wasn't that great, should have gone the chicken and I hate chicken. They had extra plates of food which were avoided mostly. The desserts were about average.
The reception does look good for a reception place in Fairfield. So at least some of the wedding photos look good
