Wonderful cafe with unexpectedly awesome vegan options.

I was so relieved to find such a welcoming cafe with fantastic vegan options, in a spot I'd never even known about.

The vegan options included:
(In the cabinet)
A vegan gluten free muffin of the day (mango)
Vegan falafel "sausage"
Vegan crumble slice
Vegan house made carrot and zucchini loaf with nutelex or dairy butter
Vegan Portuguese tart
Vegan almond/ chocolate almond croissant , vegan ham and cheese croissant

On the menu VG
Breakfast snacks 7am-2pm
Vegan mango lassi chia pudding
Vegan date and ginger Granola
Vegan raisin and walnut toast

Lunch
Vegan Marinated tofu and kimchi banh mi
Vegan Marinated tofu tofu poke bowl
Vegan grilled zucchini and chermoula toastie
Vegan "HCT" ham cheese tomato toastie

A full compliment of ice cream and sorbet many of which were vegan and gluten free

BEST ANZAC biscuit I’ve had in years. I’m very partial to an ANZAC biscuit & I buy them often when they look good. We dropped in during our dog walk yesterday for a coffee while a shower passed over & W.O.W. These are perfect, chewy yet soft, not too sweet lovely lush big Anzac biscuits. So good I bought a boxful to take home. I’m in heaven!!

I have been continuously surprised by the quality of the food and service at Lynch’s Hub.
After visiting several times now, I was curious to try their online offering and I have been very impressed with the quality of the delicious items on offer.
In particular, I highly recommend the Shiitake Mushroom & Szechuan Chilli Crisp topping which is perfect for complimenting simple dishes like eggs on toast. In addition, the Davidson Plum Jam and freeze dried gelato is extraordinarily delicious!

The vegan Portuguese tart is so 10000% delicious. The pastry is so flaky and the inside custard filling melts inside your mouth. Paired this delight with a Vietnamese iced coffee with oat milk. I feel like I just went to a food heaven. I'll be back for more very soon. 🙂

Usually places with a view disappoint. Not this place. Coffee was great! Ice cream better than most dedicated ice cream shops. Service was warm & friendly.

I had an amazing experience with Lynch’s Hub! Their chilli crisp was absolutely incredible - packed with flavour and just the right amount of heat. I’m not a fan of eggs, but adding a few spoonfuls of chilli crisp made them much more bearable! The freeze-dried gelato ice cream is a delicious treat, with a rich and creamy taste despite its unique texture. I highly recommend their products and can’t wait to purchase my next bottle of chilli crisp! 😋
