One of the worst cafes I’ve ever been to.

I ordered breakfast. The waiter brought my tea, and I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for my food. What happened at the end? No food. The confused waiter gave our food to the other customers by mistake one hour after I ordered and didn’t even come to our table to ask if we got our food or anything.
We saw him giving our food to the other customers but we didn’t say anything because we weren’t sure if that was our food. Those customers were also unable to speak English and they were using their phones as a translator. And they thought that was the food they ordered.

This shop needs better management. It’s not only the waiter’s fault.

I called him and I asked him if the food was ready and he said: how you ordered food? What was it? Do you want me to make it for you now?

We were so hungry and couldn’t wait another 2 hours for the food to be ready.
I got my money and went to another cafe and they brought our food in less than ten minutes.

I’m not someone who would give a bad review for small things, but this was unacceptable and I don’t want this to happen to other people because everyone is busy and we don’t have all day to sit in a cafe for a bite of food.

Best Almond Latte I have had in a long time! Thank you so, Oasis team!
I tried the poached eggs on sourdough for the first time today, and I was not disappointed.
Usually I get the brekky wrap, but I'm going to have to change my usual, I think!

This Cafe has the most amazing kids play area inside but separate from the dining area. There is so much stuff in there for kids of all ages, and kept several kids busy at the same time. There's also alot of space outside for a coffee or meal. Staff were delightful and service quick. We only got drinks this time but they were good. Next time we will get the food. The menu looked lovely - varied and wholesome with some classics and some other more niche things. Something for everyone!

It is a nice place for mums with toddlers because they can play in a secure area while you take a break. It is expensive $8.5 for a homemade biscuit

Very friendly service, great food that's generous with their servings and reasonably priced. Has an excellent kids play area with plenty to keep the little ones entertained. The coffee can be a bit hit or miss depending on who is working. On one visit our Babycino was essentially just warm milk with no chocolate sprinkles, and the flat white was also very milky. Similarly the chips are either excellent or undercooked. I would still recommend this place wholeheartedly however!

Light, spacious, airy (excellent ventilation, which is important these days) and clean. The toddler play area is special. There is free parking adjacent to the cafe. Friendly service. Very nice loose leaf pots of tea.

Absolutely perfect for young families. It's nice to support a business doing great things for the community. The manager was super friendly and positive and the toastie was tasty. The visit really made our morning 😊👍
