Atmosphere - This little coffee shop had a great vibe. I attended this place as a part of a mothers group catch up. It was very busy coffee shop but never affected the service.

Coffee - I ordered the iced latte tasting board. I loved it, such a great idea to have a little taste of a few flavours if you don't know what to order.

Food - I never ordered a meal, but I wish I did the food looked delicious. I will definitely be back for breakfast.

Service - Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Overall - Great value for money. Great spot to catch up with friends and family for a coffee or bite to eat

The menu is incorrect and had multiple things I was looking for "not available anymore"
This is disappointing and the Google venue needs to be updated to correctly reflect this.

There is no longer batch brew
There is no longer cold drop

The cold brew was good with a 24 hr extraction at least.

A Cozy Haven for Coffee Enthusiasts

I recently had the pleasure of visiting onyx cafe, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of modern decor and rustic charm.

The coffee selection is impressive, offering a variety of specialty brews that cater to every palate. I tried their signature blend, and it was rich, aromatic, and brewed to perfection. The baristas clearly take pride in their craft, as each cup was a work of art.

The menu extends beyond coffee, with a tempting array of pastries and light bites. I sampled the avo toast-falafal wrap-sweet patato and falafel bowl....., and it was a delightful accompaniment to my coffee, showcasing the cafe's commitment to quality ingredients.

What truly sets onyx cafe apart is the exceptional service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about creating a memorable experience for customers. The attention to detail and personalized recommendations added a special touch to my visit.

Whether you're seeking a quiet spot to work, catch up with friends, or simply savor a great cup of coffee, onyx cafe is a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered. I'll definitely be returning to indulge in more of their delightful offerings.

This café in Mayfield is nice, finding a park is fine. The staff are friendly, service was lovely.
There's multiple places to sit, you have the footpath out the front not great for eating tho good for a quick coffee sitting down.
You have inside it is a good setting and lighting is nice.
Then you have around the back great for a sunny days and dogs and children as they supply toys.
There is this one area around back that should be covered up with a fence as this is where they store bins rubbish mops and milk creates.

The drinks and pastries are amazing. They also have Papa bagels on supply.
Food was alright but not amazing the French toast bread was Turkish not the best it was soggy the surface of the bread was covered but the rest was plain.
The bread ratio for tofu scramble was a bit off as there was so much tofu left.

Attended as a group of 3 and each had a disappointing experience. Ordered a breakfast burrito with mushrooms but the mushrooms were put on someone else’s plate (who is allergic), they used the wrong sauce and the burrito itself was slop and fell apart after one bite. Eggs Benny with bacon was so over powered from garlic in the spinach it was inedible, even after removing the spinach it had seeped into the sourdough also making it inedible. Vegetarian fritters were overcooked, tasted burnt and crunchy like they had been deep fried for way too long. Overall disappointing experience as this cafe has great potential.
