Booked and paid 6 weeks in advance also paid extra to have a private bathhouse, to having to find out through email about "their exciting news" about the bathhouse renovation. Called them to double check as I have booked it for a surprise birthday gift, to find out infact they are closed and can offer a massage only, after paying over $400. My problem is not the renovations, my issue is I wasn't informed and they even took my money and made an appointment. If I didn't call they wouldn't have called me and I would have went to find out they cannot comply with what i have paid. Asked for a refund as I will not go there, note the birthday is in 5 days, and they have ruined it.

I had a massage at the Newtown branch with Adrianna. My experience was beyond what I expected. Adrianna is such a gifted therapist. So gentle in her movements and so honouring to her clients. Abrigado Adrianna ?

May I add that the front desk staff were very welcoming and the space felt tranquil.

Always a great vibe and friendly staff at both Newtown store and Glebe. My experiences have always been relaxed and rejuvenated. I have used both massage and getting readings at these places. The readers at both location are amazing always enjoy a good session with them. The place is always beautifully scented and clean. Thank you for the wonderful experience Nature's energy. Highly recommend to get pampered and clarity!

a friend and I attended the Newtown Day Spa on Sunday, what an experience! Love, love, love and we will be back! Totally relaxing, therapists were fantastic, this is my favourite day spa by far. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I had a deep tissue massage with Lily, really helped after I developed a sore back after beach kayaking. Lily was a very friendly and professional spa therapist with an excellent massage technique… felt so much better afterwards ?

I got onto the bath house & massage as a birthday present to myself. having my muscles all warm & relaxed by the sauna first means that the massage is so much more effective.

There was a heating pad on the massage table too which was lovely.

I'm excited for the renovations, Glebe is lovely, it'll be wonderful to have a similar aesthetic at the Newtown place too.

Newtown has a great deal on at the moment where the bathhouse is free if you book a massage over the phone (I think M-F only) & typically I have it to myself.
