Had a fabulous meal here on Good Friday. It was a special “nose to tail” menu which we had never done before. The chef had put a lot of thought, love and expertise into his menu and came over to talk it through. Every dish was sensational and the wait staff were amazing. Lovely to see such a passionate chef. Had an incredible anniversary dinner tonight. Impeccable service and great food. Simple menu done well. Chef took the time to come by our table to see that we loved our meal and our server made sure our every need was met, highly recommend.

We randomly dropped for something light for dinner before meeting up with friends later.
We shared the Zucchini flowers, the Scallops and the meringue for dessert. Everything was exceptional 10/10.
The service and atmosphere was spot on and we cant wait to go back and try everything on the menu. The diners next to us had the Salmon and the chicken and they both said it was the best they had had.
Oh and the inhouse baked bread was a great touch.

Mark, Jami and the team were amazing from start to finish. So glad we chose to have my sons 18th here. Jami the event coordinator is so lovely and helpful.. So prompt with answers to any questions I had throughout the whole experience, and really made sure we had the best party. I got so many comments about how good the space looked on the night. So easy going and didn’t have to worry about a thing. Thank you so much guys for a great night! Levi was so happy, which is the most important thing of all to me. Cheers

An intimate setting upstairs at the Crown and Anchor, Sprouts was a pleasant surprise.
Limited menu, but excellent food. Not your average pub grub. 5 of us had a variety of dishes, and everyone loved what they had.

Spout Dining: We travelled to Newcastle from Melbourne and made a reservation at the restaurant on 31 Aug, then confirmed via email on 26 Sep and even got a reminder email on 28 Sep, but when we arrive on time, we were told they have a 18th Birthday and that they tried to call me many times and left numerous voicemail. Don't go here because they don't honour your reservation, don't do the obvious cancellation on the system and the lie to your face that they tried to contact you. And that is on a Saturday night when every restaurant is fully booked. Worst service from any restaurant, ever.
