This place offers a lively atmosphere, tasty meals and very friendly staff. Drinks menu is great and they offer more than 10 beers on tap, with few special ones. The atmosphere is vibrant but still very relaxing, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Special mention to the podcast room, i believe where people come to create there podcasts along with fantastic vibe.

Perfect for casual dining, drinks with friends, or events. Always i great experience, well done to the staff and support members.

Welcomed by friendly and attentive staff. The drinks were well made and enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting perfect for a casual night out. The pizza was absolutely amazing, the other dishes from the restaurant were beautifully presented and thoughtfully plated, though the flavours could have been a bit bolder to match the impressive appearance.

Service, staff, and food were all excellent — really couldn’t fault that side of things. But the atmosphere didn’t match what was advertised. It was promoted as a “pop song singalong,” but there was no DJ for parts of the event, and no singalong vibe at all. It ended up just feeling like a standard lunch. A bit disappointing given the build-up — the marketing and events team need to ensure the experience actually reflects what’s being advertised! Shout out to Millie our server who was brilliant and looked after us!

Came here around 18 months ago and the place was absolute crap. Bad food, bad service.
Complete turnaround tonight coming to celebrate a birthday.
Special mention to wait staff Connor, made the night great. Made sure we were looked after and answered any questions we had.

Our daughter’s 16th birthday celebration's with our family took place in the small function room. The room was great and the food was great too. The staff were very helpful and all our requests were met. Overall a positive experience and would definitely recommend Bella Vista Hotel for your next event .

Went for food and cider. Service was quick. Food was ok. Got the cheese burger and the meat did not have much flavour. And the calamari rings could have been cooked longer. Chips were great tho!

Our High Tea event was wonderful. Excellent communication and service upon arrival. The staff were very attentive and organised. They made the experience effortless and luxurious. The food was delicious and very well catered for different dietary needs such as pregnancy diets. There was ample food and the selections were varied and delicious.
