Every time I come to Sydney from Canada, I make a point to see Emma at Infinity Skin Clinic for a Halo laser treatment. I’ve had two now, and each time my skin feels smoother, looks brighter, and the reduction in pigmentation and sun damage has been incredible. On Tuesday 15th November I had my preliminary consultation for my Fraxel with my therapist and surprisingly the Doctor on the phone via Face time. My Fraxel was scheduled for November 29th and everything was going as normal when the right side of my face and neck began to burn badly.
The fraxel device head was changed during the procedure on the right side of my face twice, and this resulted in the burning. I went home and was in extreme pain, I contacted the practise, spoke to the receptionist. She said it was normal. The next day the burn pain especially on my neck was unbearable, I went the the chemist for burn spray and cream, this did not relieve the pain so I went to my Doctor who prescribed a cream Advantan and was shocked at my neck. I called the practise and spoke to my Therapist and she was sympathetic however insisted this was normal. I arranged an appointment and it was then the Doctor came in an examined me,
He insisted in was quite normal. Despite the obvious burns on the right side of my face compared to the left side of my face and neck. No once did he say what can we do for you or how can we help.
It was obvious that he and the staff had been briefed as to not say anything in fear of litigation. I was extremely disappointed in the treatment and the response to the burns. I stress I have had 2 Fraxel
treatments at Infinity and both times they were perfect but this time was terrible and a terrible resulting in scarring of my neck.

After many years of being concerned about my worsening facial pigmentation from sun exposure/ melasma from being on the OCP and from pregnancy and good old ‘ liver spots ‘ developing after age 50, I finally at the age of 64 bit the bullet and made an appointment at Infinty Skin Clinic.
I had read about newer laser treatments for hyperpigmentation that were a bit more gentle on the face than fractional laser therapy from 15 years ago.
After a total of 3x BBL and 2x Moxi treatments over 9 months - I’m thrilled with the results! As my face was quite heavily pigmented , the downtime was probably longer than someone with milder pigmentation, I did need to clear the calendar for about a week or so after each treatment and the LED option after for the inflammation was a god- send,
My family couldn’t believe the transformation. Friends weren’t sure what I had done,if anything- ,just saying how refreshed and well I looked!
I’ll have a yearly BBL during winter because despite all the care with skin care/ protection, the pigmentation returns.
Vanessa hand held me throughout the entire 9 months- reassuring and advising me. I felt very confident in the clinic as Vanessa has been there for a long time and the clinic was established and is under the guidance of a respected qualified plastic surgeon.
I have recommended the clinic and Vanessa to several women who aren’t aware of the treatment for ‘ blotchy ,spotty skin’.

Brilliant experience here March-April 2023 with Halo laser & BBL for middle-age skin renewal addressing sun damage, acne scars, laxity, fine lines. I researched extensively before choosing this clinic. I experienced a very disappointing customer service with a receptionist Annuska in Infinity Skin Clinic Mosman. I am a loyal customer and I have been using this clinic for the past 4 years.
On Friday, prior my appointment, Annuska confirmed to me the price for the Moxi+BBL treatment via the phone with a 20% discount. But on a day of the treatment, after the treatment has been completed, I was asked to pay a full price at the register. Annuska and other stuff of the clinic did not admit their fault, offer me an apology or even acknowledge that the Friday conversion happened. Also, I have to mention that then Annuska spoke to me on the phone she sound annoyed and was unwilling to help. I believe, this is not the level of customer service for such a reputable clinic.
