I was in a lot of pain and needed to see a physio ASAP. The reception ladies were so lovely and thankfully had a cancellation. They were able to get me in that morning with one of the senior physios, Charmaine. She massaged the area and reassured me. When I took my scan results in, a few days later, she made time to explain them to me without having made an appointment. She explained my results more clearly than the Dr with diagrams and helped me understand my options going forward. The clinic is easy to get to and appointments seem to run on time. I highly recommend HealthKlinix Cranebrook.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and Dr. Issa Mohammed was amazing. I loved my experience. From the front of house staff to the chiropractor I saw. I was made to feel very comfortable. Dr Issa explained everything in a way that I would understand.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to get a booking straight away and got a complimentary 15 min massage before my chiro alignment. Dr Anita is an incredible chiropractor. I have never been so relieved of pain in my life. Cannot wait to come back again.

The staff here are great, have the perfect blend of professionalism and Friendliness. Seen Dr Aniita for my 6 month old who had a tight shoulder and she was so good with him. Sang to him to help calm him and took her time to ensure he felt comfortable. She also did a thorough examination on the rest of his body, which is so reassuring. The environment is clean and fresh, and easy to get to with lots of parking.

Anita the Chiropractor and Harris the massage therapist were both very professional and sympathetic. I was referred by a friend, who attends the clinic on a regular basis. My Physiotherapist was a lovely lady who did a great job with my shoulders. She obviously knows her stuff. She worked on parts of my shoulder that have not yet been touched by a physio. My first visit was a very pleasant experience. From start with the receptionist (who was extremely helpful), through to finish it was a great first visit. Many more to come. Also my therapist, also does care plan through medicare and they are a member first provider for my heallthfund which is Bupa.
