Found the apartment great. Amanda popped in before we checked in to turn on the aircon, so it was toasty when we got there. Bed was ver comfy and shower was great. Will stay again as the location and value for money was excellent.

We stayed in apartment 1 for a week and the moment we arrived after a long drive we instantly felt at home.
The apartment feels nice and private even on the main Street, inside was older style but tastefully decorated with plenty of space.
The kitchen was clean and provided all we needed to cook as well as a little dining table which we used every night
The bed were VERY comfortable and nice dark room for sleep
The bathroom had modern updates with and amazing walk in shower with decent water pressure
Laundry facilities were outside but up to date washer and drier
Parking at rear was plentiful but drive way a little tight.. saying that we could still fit our 4WD
Very prompt and helpful with booking this and they were very accomodating making sure we had everything we needed. She was easy to contact and very helpful with any information we needed for our stay

We highly recommend staying at these apartments and we look forward to returning oneday soon.

Stayed here for nine days.|Apartment very dated and quite old.|Shower over a bath. Poor water pressure. Unit really showing its age. Steep steps both front and back. Poor lighting in foyer and no lighting on back steps. Extremely narrow driveway access. Very cold in bedrooms and bathroom. No heating in these rooms. Very noisy with road traffic through out the day and night from the main bedroom. Stove top and oven not as I would call completely clean.|On the plus side. Large apartment, reverse cycle air con in main dining kitchen area. Excellent gas heater in lounge. Comfy lounge and tasteful furnishings. Very central location.|Was good value for size and location.|Not quite my sort of preferred stay but suited my budget and time frame. Would I stay there again?|Maybe if they updated their apartments and put in some mod cons.

We visited Cowra to photograph the Spring colour in the Japanese Garden and elected to stay in the apartment at 131 Kendall Street. We had #4.||||While generally OK, kitchen equipment would be sparse if two adults and three children were staying. The apartment has a main bedroom with queen bed, a second room with twin singles and a roll-away bed.||||TV reception was very poor so something needs to be done about the antenna. While fresh and clean the paint was peeling in the bedroom and hallway. One light was missing a globe and not even plugged in. There were spare globes but all screw base; wrong fitting.||||The worst part was that the main bedroom faces the street and Kendall Street is actually the Mid Western Highway and heavy trucks travel all day and most of the night up the hill in each direction (it's at the top of the hill).||||Altogether, adequate for our two day trip but far from a home from home.

I booked in for 2 nights for 2 adults, & when I arrived I found milk was not provided & the coffee was limited to 5 sachets. I couldnt find the tea towel, & dishcloth, which are usually placed together with the detergent. I was later told, they were in the bottom drawer. The metal pot scraper had almost disintegrated, & had food particles in it. The throw rug on the kitchen chair, was badly stained||Good shower over the bath, but no safety rail, which made it awkward, especially for older people. A hand towel was not provided either.||The only plus, in my opinion is that the apartment was tastefully furnished, & is centrally located.||When I returned home, I told the manager why I was dissatisfied, & was told my issues could have been addressed had I notified her on my arrival. & milk & hand towel are not amongst the inclusions. 2 adults for 2 nights, $240. there should not have been any issues. ||We travel a lot, & have never had these problems.

Stayed here not long ago, it is situated on the main road which makes it easy to get to all the eateries and shops. Everything is within walking distance. Very clean apartment, the only downfall i would say would have to be in the lounge room there was a light globe missing from the main light, and in one of the rooms a light globe was missing from the lamp. I would stay in this place again, i was happy with it for the price i paid for it.

Great location for a weekend get away or in my case a work trip. Apartments have everything needed with a well equipped kitchen and large lounge area. Bathroom a little dated by very clean and functional. Guest laundry on site is also a bonus. Close to shops , eateries and super markets

Quite satisfied with the cleanliness and furnishings in the apartment. No milk provided.||The downfall would be noise from transport trucks moving through the main street early hours of the morning.||The building needs to be renovated outside as fly wire screens and windows were very old and in need of urgent repair, could not be opened for fresh air.
