The icing on the cake of staying here (my sister and i stayed in the accessible queen room) was meeting the lovely hosts, which only happened because we turned up without a booking. Jason and Itsu are a very friendly and down-to-earth couple who welcomed us with great generosity...clearly reflected in the quality and details of the accommodation. This is an awesome motel. Make sure you leave enough time to enjoy hanging out in these genuinely comfortable and luxurious rooms. And maybe don't leave it to chance like we did. We were lucky to score the last available room.

Really beautiful room. Jason was very attentive with any issues we had. We were made to feel very welcome.
We enjoyed the lovely short walk down to the river and swinging bridge. Not far to the Perenial on the main road for coffee!
The kids asked why there wasn't actually a blue jacket here, but they said it was really fun!
We would love to stay here again!

We spent two nights as a family at the Blue Jacket Motel in Canowindra and it was amazing. Jason and Itzuri go above and beyond to create an experience much higher than typical motels, from booking to check in and beyond, nothing is a problem. The room had quality furnishings, modern amenities and all the typical inclusions plus more. The beds are comfortable and the minibar is reasonably priced. Ask for Room 7 for a touch of luxury ! Thank you Jason and Itzuri, we will be back for another stay.

Such an enjoyable stay at the Blue Jacket Motel. We had no booking, but Jason and Itsu were so welcoming and accommodated our group in three suites. The rooms were beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The double glazed doors were very effective and also allowed us to enjoy the beautiful Autumn views. They had lots of nice rooms, Jason showed us all the different suites (an accessible room is available). The mini bar had reasonably priced snacks and local wines. We look forward to returning!

OMG, do not go past this motel, it is amazing! Rooms are beautiful, amenities outstanding, extremely affordable for what you get. I will come back in a heartbeat. If you drive past, you will regret it. Great selection of items in minibar, easy self check in and some rooms pet friendly which is perfect for well behaved furkids. Cannot recommend enough, highlight of our 5000km road trip!

Our room was one of the most attractive and comfortable that we have ever stayed at, and dog friendly, too. The adjoining bathroom was just beautiful with a delightful wafting scent. Everything worked well & was very clean. A well stocked fridge including local produce and excellent communication before we arrived. Everything came together to make ours a wonderful stay and we will definitely return to this little gem in Canowindra.

Had a great stay at the blue jacket. Rooms are lovely and clean. Appreciate the small details such as bath salts, robes, heated blanket and plenty of towels. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in the Deluxe King Suite. Very clean and had so many extras like a record player with a great choice of records. There is a pleasant view from the balcony. The walk to the main street was no problem. Jason and Itzuri were lovely and very helpful. The prices in the mini bar were so good, not a rip off like some motels. I highly recommend staying here.
