Quite a nice Maccas. Staff very friendly - especially the young lady who appeared to be cleaning and clearing outside. We sat with our dog and ate in the large covered outside area. Great parking and fast service. Excellent spot as you enter Cowra from the East. A lovely burger joint next door too.

We visited McDonald's Cowra today. Would like to congratulate the staff of the shop it was spotless. The cleanest shop we have seen at a McDonald's in a long time. The food was good and the Bathroom sparkling clean. Thank you to the lovely clean lady who was very happy to receive the praise for her good work. Nice to see such a dedicated team member. She is a keeper.🤩

nice workers but when i finished eating my burger today i felt like i was gonna die i felt so sick! GOOD SERVICE (BAD FOOD). I think they poisoned my burger i vomited.

Waiting for my order at this store on Tuesday afternoon at 12.30pm , 20/05/25. I was witness to 25 minutes of abuse , bullying of the workers by the store manager. I eventually called her over, blond ponytail , lots of mascara about 30ish. and quietly said to her I was upset at witnessing this behavior and she shouldn't be treating the staff like this. She elevated the tone of her voice stating she could do what she wanted and so on. I again stated it was not ok to speak to them like that and she said it was non of my business.. I told her it was now my business as she had involved all the paying customers who heard her abuse and intimidation . She gave me my cold food and ordered me out. I told her I had paid for hot food and I would like it replaced.. she ranted on about her staff being at fault.. In the end I asked for my money back ... her abuse of both the staff and myself was sickening and the browbeaten looks of the young workers was upsetting. She ordered me out and screaming at me that I was banned... I am proud I stood up for these poor workers and will be sending a complaint to the franchisee owner as this toxic behavior is very bad and needs to be addressed .

This McDonald's was like many others and lacking cleanliness. The manager on shift tho was on fire and managed her team really well getting orders out quickly and effectively with no errors which was great to see, I especially enjoyed the way my caramel iced coffee was made, it was so good!

The service here was lacking. After doing the touch screen order it prompted me to pay at the counter when server because of system issues. The female employee that eventually came to the counter said I must pay before being served. Nobody can pay at the counter if nobody is behind the counter to take payment. Rude and abrupt. Feel sorry for the other employees that work with her.

Honestly just disgusting. Bins overflowing. Not a single table wiped down, seemingly for quite a while. Coffee from the cafe was so cold it had to be microwaved twice before we could drink it.
