Paid for the place to put my partner and young children while house was being renovated for a week and I was away with work.

I recieved a phone call after the last day by the owner who came across aggressive, rude and outright offensive.

The issue stated was that the pool had been left on which aparently used more chlorine than normal and extra power.

The aparent additional fee he wanted to charge was $130 to replace some chlorine, and for additional power usage.

My advice for the owner would be to compose yourself, try not to come a cross as aggresive over a minor issue than try and extract additional money out of a family who had paid alot of money to stay there.
