We arrived on a late flight so needed somewhere easy and close by as needed to be back at the airport next morning.After a phone call David was quickly there to get us.
Room was lovely,very comfortable,clean and a very well stocked breakfast.
Perfect host can highly recommend staying.

We arrived at Perth Airport at 22:35, and by the time we collected our luggage, it was already past 23:00. The taxis were charging exorbitant prices, and there were no Ubers available. In desperation, we called the host, David, who arrived in ten minutes and charged much less. We stayed next door to his house, which is on the other side of the airport. The place was very quiet, and the garden was clean. We only stayed for one night, and the next day, David even took us to pick up our car. It was great.

David was so helpful and accommodating, our flight was 2hrs delayed and we arrived at 1:30am and had to leave at 8am the next day. David promptly picked us up and dropped us off, no fuss. This airport B&B is like a home away from home. Clean, comfortable bedding, everything you need. Highly recommend as it is at a great price point, 5mins from the airport and way better than hotels. I will definitely book again next time I need a layover in Perth! Thank you David!

Booked a deluxe room it was pretty large for solo traveller, shower & bath very impressive, 5 mins walk to train station. Complimentary airport transfer David waited for my flight to arrive. Would recommend this place. The only neg tv is too sml

Absolutely loved this place. David is an excellent host, the room was better than in the pictures, so close to the airport with shuttle included. The place is walking distance to the DFO and a pub. The room was lovely and clean, the garden upon entry was so tranquil. The furnishings gorgeous and bathroom/bathtub is heaven. This place is like a rare gem 💎 I would highly recommend to anyone wanting somewhere relaxing to unwind and recharge. The TV is quite small so if your wanting to watch a movie best to bring a tablet/laptop or use your phone.

We found the Airport B&B when searching for a place near the airport to use our United Airlines frequent flyer points. What a find!||||Beautifully appointed, spacious queenbed room, with floor to ceiling windows out to a courtyard (with a fountain in which a red wattle bird took a bath). David very friendly and helpful. We had a car, but could have been picked up and/or delivered to the airport.||---||My accommodation ratings||5 Well above expectations – a great experience.||4 Above expectations. I will come here again. I will tell friends about it.||3 Met expectations. Everything OK but nothing special. Will try some other place next time.||2 Did not meet expectations based on advertising or ratings.||1 To be avoided.
