Whilst Peter may have been a great masseuse, he did the dodgy with payment. I realised this when I was checking my private health fund claims one day and noticed that on the two occasions I saw him, he made a claim against the 3 of us in our health fund card. Effectively he was getting a rebate for 3 people when only one person received the massage and he had the audacity also to charge me on top of that. I did report this to the health fund. I wonder how many other people he did this to? It’s no wonder our premiums go up. Wherever he is, I hope he’s not still doing this.

Sadly this place has gone downhill since Peter has left.. and I think it's quite obvious they are tampering with the reviews anyone with common sense can see this. I tried it under new management and was less than impressed. The owner spends the whole time with a phone glued to her ear including during my massage (she was not the one massaging me but you can hear her quite clearly behind the curtain). Instead of relaxing massage music I had to listen her speak to her cousin ying back in China loudly for 30 minutes.

Edit. I don't believe my commentary is destructive at all. I always try to be fair hence why I still gave you 2 stars and not 1. The loud phone call was coming from the front desk, not the lunch room. It certainly wasn't a quiet lunch room phone call. Anyway this was my most recent experience and it was enough that I won't go back. I also notice the prices are very high now but I wish them luck as I notice most businesses in the complex are now closed.

**Because the owner obviously deleted their old pages due to negative reviews I thought I'd paste my review in here to warn people.

Truly one of the most horrific experiences I've ever had in my entire life. I have never experienced pain like I experienced today from this massage. This must be what it feels like to be tortured in war. I asked more times that I can count for her to be softer or apply less pressure. I honestly should have gotten up and left but I was just hoping and praying that she would listen. I didn't even say anything to the front desk because my entire body and brain were in shock from the pain. I left the shopping center and just cried my eyes out. I honestly feel extremely violated. I don't know if this place just hires sodistic people or if they just lack all awareness for other people. Would not recommend coming here ever.
