What a wonderful place and lovely hostess, Lesley. We spent an enchanting evening until dark, watching birds flying to roost and canoeists going home on the river Swan, while sipping some lovely wine. |We had a sumptuous breakfast this time watching the river in the morning.|This is a great place, not to mention the cinema sized TV! Lesley is a delight with a great sense of humour. What a great stay, we will love to come back.

Can not say enough of how wonderful our stay was.
Leslie was so friendly and had the most awesome story's.
Pool was so perfect for the hot weather.
The inside and outside space was so peaceful.

WOW!||Period riverside gem that surely must be the most welcoming, comfortable B&B I have ever stayed at with relaxing pool area, guest rooms and gardens.||Superb location, great hospitality and the friendliest, most accommodating host you could wish for. Lindsey goes out of her way to make you feel like a welcome guest to her lovely home and nothing (not even getting up at 4am to make breakfast for our early flight) was too much trouble.||Wonderful experience and, like Arnie "I'll be back" 🙂

Great views of Swan river from garden terrace. Comfortable beds. Excellent continental breakfast with fresh fruit salad and delicious yogurt. Lesley is a very friendly and helpful hostess. Very convenient for Perth Airport.

Great long weekend stay..puppy very welcome. Lovely surroundings, nice and handy to everything. Warm and welcoming, comfy bed, great price, enjoyed the peace and quiet. Thanks for a great stay and for making our puppy feel at home to. |

The owner is a very kind and generous person, who goes out of her way to accommodate, well worth it. Laid out like a small private resort,worth more then one day.||Close to a good train to go downtown Perth and back.surround area very peaceful

This b&b is very good and location on the Swan River is super Lesley the owner is a very cheerful lady & very helpful & the breakfast served up was superb & yes we will return if we are in the area again thanks Lesley Graham & Bev Kelly
