This has got to be one of the best places to stay in the Perth hills.. Kim is an amazing hostess and nothing is too much trouble, including posting forgotten iPhone chargers! The room is really an apartment with huge spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen and an outside deck area where you can have a relaxing glass of wine overlooking the pool. Can't recommend Lesmurdie Hills B&B enough! We'll be back for sure 🙂

Absolutely the best B&B I have ever stayed at. Like an apartment. Clean, comfortable, and short walking distance to small store. Arriving late from Sweden, and found everything I needed for a nice breakfast. The deck was perfect for having meals. The weather was lovely and the pool even nicer. Kim cheked in to see if everything was OK, and Russell makes great apple cider! I would not hesitate coming back here,

We stayed a month while visiting family in the area. Russell and Kim made us feel at home straight away, gave us our space yet were always warm and friendly and ready to help with local information and tips - a special couple! We found the accomodation very clean and comfortable - super shower room, bed and plenty of storage space for our extended stay. We loved having coffee on the shady deck, listening to the wildlife and enjoying the sunshine and front garden. The surrounding area is peaceful, the locals are very friendly and the shops within easy walking distance. The airport, the city, Kings Park, Freo and the coast are all within an hours drive; Kalamunda, Lions Lookout, Lesmurdie Falls, Pickering Brook and the Bickley Valley are all on the doorstep and are beautiful. So much to see! We would certainly recommend Lesmurdie Hills B&B to anyone for both short & long stay and we'd love to return when we visit our lovely family again. Beautiful B&B, separate unit with living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and the use of a pool. Breakfast can be taken at whatever time one wants, which was a great bonus recovering from jet lag. The Perth Hills are lovely peaceful place to stay. Within walking distance there is a Fish&Chips take away and a Pizza restaurant or take away. We were so happy with our stay, couldn't ask for more.

We booked into this B&B for 2 nights. Let me say one thing, Rus and Kim were excellent hosts. The accommodation is two by one bedroom chalets. Our chalet had a full size bathroom and kitchen. The lounge was big and opens onto a large underroof patio, overlooking the pool. The chalet is decorated with style and great taste. There is plenty of parking and the breakfast is continental style and ample in size and choice. The queen size bed was brilliant. When I first sat on it I thought it may be a bit hard, but believe me it was very supportive and extremely comfortable. This was the first time we have stayed here, it will definitely not be the last. If you want a break away from your usual routine, this is the place to go and experience. There is a supermarket, bottle shop and 2 restaurants in the shopping centre just 5 minute walk away. You don't need to get in your car at all. Just sit backand relax and enjoy.

Thanks Kim & Russell for your amazing hospitality! You have a beautiful home and do such a great job of making people feel comfortable for their stay. Very happy that we decided to stay there =) it's reasonably close to everything which was handy. Lovely hosts, and a lovely self contained unit. Cant think of anything more than we could have asked for. Highly recommended. Furnishings all high quality, and super super clean.Places to stay in this part of perth are rare, so to get a good one makes it even better!

only stayed one night beautiful b&b we were made to feel so welcome .had a nice breakfast over looking the pool.Bed was really comfortable.we could walk to the function we were going to very relaxing would stay again.
